Tiny but spacious! 250 square foot tiny home with high and bright vaulted ceilings. Includes everything you need: big amenities in tiny spaces! Has a full bathroom with a shower, full kitchen (minus oven), and a 50in smart TV for your entertainment. Sleeps 3 people comfortably. Comfortable and inviting for an individual, couple, or small group.

Guests have the whole stand-alone home to themselves: no shared walls! Outside, there is a comfortable patio seating area at the entrance your unit (Unit C) with an outdoor table and four chairs. Other outdoor areas are shared with other guests. Note that the tiny home is in the backyard of a larger house. There is plenty of free parking on site. The laundry room is shared with other units.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook, from the stove and fridge to a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, plates, cups, mugs, bowls, pots, pans, and utensils. For dining, step outside to the patio with seating for four, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather!

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have outdoor cameras on site. One overlooking the front and one monitoring the entrance of unit B.

We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. Just keep in mind that this service isn't always available since it depends on our cleaners' availability.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay, a rental agreement must be signed:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.
- Picture of ID must be provided.
- All information must match
You will not gain entry until this is completed. You will receive a link in a message as well as your email.

Note that your unit is Unit C, and the entrance is in the back yard. You can find it by following the path on the left side of the house. You have the entire unit to yourself. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests.

There is plenty of free parking on site. Your unit is allocated 1 parking space in the gravel or driveway, and any other cars can park on the street. Please share parking with other guests and do not block other cars. Parking is first come first serve.

Pets are strictly prohibited. We charge a $50 per pet per day fee if we notice unauthorized pets. You may also be removed from the property with no refund.

Please keep the door closed as much as possible to prevent bugs from entering the space. We have a pest control company that treats the unit, but we cannot prevent critters that come in while the door is open. Because of the extensive preventative measures we take, no refund will be given for the presence of bugs.

Indoor temperature can be set to your preference between 67 and 73 degrees for your comfort.

For your safety, please note that we have outdoor cameras monitoring the front and the entrance of Unit B.

Basic maintenance and supplies may not be available during your stay, and the linens stored under the bed are off-limits. Our cleaners provide ample linens for up to 4 guests.

Please note that we don't provide extra blankets.

We provide an initial supply of essentials. If the initial stock runs out, we recommend purchasing or bringing any additional items you may need.

Please note that booking discounts apply only to the initial booking and are not recalculated if you extend your stay afterward.

Laundry access is available upon request for a $10 fee per stay. The laundry room is shared with other units.

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be performing maintenance or construction in the yard during your stay, but they will never enter your private space or disturb your stay.

Please keep the door closed as much as possible to prevent bugs from entering. We take extensive preventative measures with our pest control service, but no refund will be given for bugs that enter when the door is open.
