Tiny but spacious! 250 square foot tiny home with high and bright vaulted ceilings. Includes everything you need: big amenities in tiny spaces! Has a full bathroom with a shower, full kitchen (minus oven), and a 50in smart TV for your entertainment. Sleeps 3 people comfortably, but capable of sleeping 4 with no walking space around beds. Comfortable and inviting for an individual, couple, or small group.

Guests have the whole stand-alone home to themselves: no shared walls! Outside, there is a comfortable patio seating area at the entrance your unit (Unit C) with an outdoor table and four chairs. Other outdoor areas are shared with other guests. Note that the tiny home is in the backyard of a larger house. There is plenty of free parking on site. The laundry room is shared with other units.

This vacation rental is located in the heart of Tampa, near many restaurants and shops. You'll be 5 min to Busch Gardens, and 10 min to Ybor City and Seminole Hard Rock Casino. You're also a very short drive to downtown Tampa where you can reach things like the Tampa Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, and the famous Bayshore Boulevard. Outside of Tampa, you are an easy drive to the world class beaches such as St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, or our personal favorite Pass-A-Grille Beach. You'll also be close to many other attractions such as Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, Raymond James Stadium where the Buccaneers play, the Yankees spring training site. This short term rental is a great option for any vacation in Tampa Bay.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have outdoor cameras on site. One overlooking the front and one monitoring the entrance of unit B.

We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. Just keep in mind that this service isn't always available since it depends on our cleaners' availability.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.
You will not gain entry until both of those are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and extra supplies may not be available to you during your stay. Please do not get into the linens stored under the bed. Our cleaners leave out plenty of linens for up to 4 guests.

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance or construction during your stay. They will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay.

Please keep the door closed as much as possible to prevent bugs from entering the space. We have a pest control company that treats the unit, but we cannot prevent critters that come in while the door is open. Because of the extensive preventative measures we take, no refund will be given for the presence of bugs.

Usage of laundry area is $10 per stay.
