Beautifull beachfront house, sandy beach........

The guest is correct in some aspects of her review. Our manager suffered a family loss and left the island urgently, and we did contact her four hours before her arrival. The guest tried to arrive much earlier than the indicated time, but this wasn't possible because we had guests checking out and needed to clean thoroughly. I think she became upset from that point on. Ultimately, communication improved from then on. On the third day of her stay, she requested more bath towels, which we provide two per person per stay. I explained the policy, and she became upset. She then asked to use the washer and dryer, which I explained we don't offer on our website. However, I told her that on cleaning day she could ask the housekeeper to wash and dry her personal clothes for a $50 fee, payable directly. This upset her, and she claims it's $70, even though it's stated in our communication. The beach doesn't have sargassum; it's a living beach with live algae, which is important for the natural balance. The construction next door is in the preliminary stages, so there's no significant noise. The dishwasher suddenly stopped working two days ago, seemingly out of nowhere, and there wasn't enough time to fix it. An intolerant and demanding guest couldn't contain their anger because they thought they could expect five-star service when they were paying a two-star rate. This is a completely malicious version of events after reading all the previous ones. It's a shame to go on vacation and not enjoy it.
