Welcome to our Happy place. This home was created out of love. Everything is set up for your comfort. Whether you are here for vacation, families/friends gathering or business trip, we ensure that you have the most enjoyable experience.

Beautifully maintained, in one of the most convenient locations in the city, situated in a well established neighborhood. Not far from Lake Hefner, Frontier City, Martin Park Natural Center and many more. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc!

The Space

Fully furnished 2 BR and 1.5 BA.

LIVING ROOM:
Relax on a nice sofa and 2 Vintage chairs in this spacious living room and take full advantage of the 58” smart TV, complete with streaming services.

DINING:
Enjoy home cooked-meals in our dining area with 1 beautiful dining table complete with 4 chairs.

KITCHEN:
Enjoy cooking in a fully equipped kitchen or start your morning off with a nice hot cup of coffee or tea. Take advantage of a fully stocked pantry with plainly option of spices.

BEDROOMS :
Enjoy a restful night's sleep in your king size bed in the primary bedroom and a 2 twins XL size beds in the secondary bedroom complete with luxuriously soft clean white bedding.

VANITY: Enjoy our beautiful vanity in the primary bedroom equipped with full on light mirror, make up removal, flat iron and curler, hot comb etc.

BATHROOMS:
Enjoy the luxurious feel of 100% cotton towels, body gel, shampoo, and conditioner from naturally derived ingredients . Bathrooms equipped with hair dryer.

Good for an overnight

Property definitely could use a deep clean for furniture and carpet. Rooms were laid out as described. A/C has a lock on how much you adjust it and the garage bedroom was very muggy. For an overnight for my daughters bday it was fine, but not sure how enjoyable it would have been for several nights stay.

Disappointing Stay Walters Avenue, OKC, OK

My wife and I were very disappointed in our stay. The host allowed us to check in 2 hours early, however, it goes downhill from there. It started the first day when there was no remote for the TV in the living room. I contacted the host and there was a remote in the mailbox the following morning. This is a 3BR house but there were no TVs in any of the bedrooms. The Proctor Silex coffeemaker did NOT work. There was no attempt to check it out and/or replace it. Instead, we were told to use the kettle to heat water and then pour it into the carafe. Well, the kettle didn't work and there was green stuff in the spout anyway. Also, there was no carafe available. This issue was not resolved either. Had to go out to get our morning coffee. The toilet in the half bath off the master bedroom worked for two days (we had a 5 day stay) then it broke. The tank then started to fill extremely slowly. Took a very long time before you could flush it again. We turned on the night light in the hallway and the outlet sparked. We turned off the nightlight, for the rest of our stay. The water pressure in bath was amazing, however, when I try and put a towel on the bar it falls off the wall. I did provide all this information to the host and received a reply that the handyman would look at it. The bed in the MB was very comfortable, however, the fitted sheets on the bed in Master Bedroom kept coming off during the night. The house needs new "normal" dishware & silverware.

Okay

Overall, this was accommodating enough to stay. We were concerned about shattered glass on the living area floor. Two windows in the living room would not close. There was low water pressure. It was clean other than the glass. There was plenty of space for all. We never figured out how to use the Internet connection. The kitchen is not fully equipped.
