Welcome to Grand Lake! This family-friendly home is the perfect mountain retreat for everyone. This home is located near hundreds of miles of maintained snowmobile/ATV trails, hikes, and lake & RMNP access. Enjoy mornings on the patio with a coffee or cozy up by the fireplace. Enjoy the brisk Colorado evenings in the hot tub! Great for any short or long trip!

Dogs are allowed (max. 2), however, there is a one time pet fee of $50. Please make sure any dogs are included in your reservation.

Wonderful home. We had a great stay. The house was lovely and had plenty of space for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the location. The home had everything we needed for cooking dinners and playing family games. Highly recommend.

Holiday

We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend getaway at the cabin. My wife and I wanted to find a place to bring our infant and our dog where we could just enjoy time away together, and this was just the place. We loved the location, as it was close to town, but we also loved that we had everything we needed to just stay in. The kitchen was well set up and made it easy to bring food and cook our own meals. All four of us felt right at home - our dog loved lounging on the provided dog beds, our baby made good use of the pack-n-play, and we loved using the hot tub. We would definitely come back!

Great weekend

Check in was easy, the property was week cared for and the host was avaialable and attentive. We have been to the area before and appreciated being centrally located for everything. Fishing, hiking, shopping, and restaurants are all available within a short disrance. Also very quiet and secure def.

Short weekend getaway

Cabin was beautiful and the views were just as amazing. Jen was great with communication and we had the best time in our little getaway. Cabin was clean and it looked just like the pictures.

Great Place in Grand County

What a wonderful place to spend a long weekend near Lake Grandby and Grand Lake. Our family visited for a long weekend of ice fishing. The location was perfect and we were close to the lake and an easy drive into Grand Lake or Grandby for supplies. The house was perfect for our family of four with two dogs. It was warm and cozy and the outdoor hot tub was perfect for relaxing after long days on the ice. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are colocated so we felt closer than we do at home. The fire place ensured we had a comfy space to watch movies in the evening and the dogs loved the provided dog beds in front of the fire. Communication with Jen was clear and consistent throughout the scheduling process and during the visit. We knew what to expect and all our expectations were met. When we adjusted our plans to come in early, before a storm, Jen was flexible and accommodating. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a warm cozy place to get away in Grandby, Colorado. You wont be disappointed!

Cozy and Clean Cabin

We enjoyed our stay here! A few things could use minor maintenance but nothing that was problematic. The host was very responsive, and the cabin was exceptionally clean. The hot tub was very clean as well. This is a great place to stay near Lake Granby.

Excellent stay at the cabin

Me and my family had an awesome stay. My kids enjoyed the night and the hot tub! Would recommend this getaway cabin as a perfect spot to enjoy a few nights with beautiful views

Beautiful home with lots of space!

We very much enjoyed our stay and the host was excellent with communication. We visit family in Grand Lake and love being able to gather for family meals; the space was open and worked great for us to get together and enjoy the beautiful views. The only downside (and this is nothing to do with the host) is that we took our dogs and came home Sunday evening to a nasty note from a Karen neighbor who said our “dogs barked all day,” they “felt sorry for them,” and that they would be “making a call” next time they barked… We had left for two hours to go to dinner, so our dogs were not left unattended all day and therefore could not bark all day. Again, nothing against the host or property as we enjoyed our stay, just giving a fair warning in case anyone else plans to bring dogs!

Grand lake cabin stay

We had a great stay at this Grand Lake property. It is located very close to Lake Granby and is easy to locate. Check in was smooth, the kitchen is large and well stocked. The hot tub was a highlight for us. The home is pet friendly and clean. The host was very responsive by VRBO messaging! We would certainly stay here again.

Work and vacation

My crew and I stayed here and loved it. It was brought up that it was more like vacation than working in the sun all day. It was nice and relaxing to enjoy the property the hot tub. We are electricians and had to do an underground wire pull. It was much hotter than expected and that made it even better to go spend the night at a beautiful place and get back at it again in the morning. Thanks for all the amenities and especially the hot tub

Great New Years Eve Stay!

Overall we had a great stay at this place in Grand Lake! There was plenty of room and the common areas on the main floor were larger than expected. The house was very clean and there was plenty of parking for 4 additional cars in the driveway. The host was always super responsive and the house was equipped with the things we needed. It's also close to town and hiking and snowshoe trails. You will not be disappointed staying at this house!

Very functional house with great hot tub!

A few friends with our dogs and babies stayed here for a long weekend in the fall. The house accommodated us all very well. While not a huge home, we all slept comfortably, and could hang out in the living space no problem. There was plenty of seating for everyone and the gas stove/fire place was really nice. The kitchen was large and easy to move around in. In terms of pots and pans etc. there were sufficient items for basic group cooking. If you were planning to do a big meal like Thanksgiving you would want to bring some additional sheet pans, knives, and other prep items. The hot tub was really nice and easy to get to from the deck. The grill worked well and was clean. I would say anything more than 3 cars would get pretty tight in terms of parking (including the garage space). Overall it was a really nice and cozy house for our stay and we would certainly book again.

Christmas 2022

This place provided everything we needed for our our Christmas experience...Family, fun, snow, and memories. Close to both Grand Lake and Granby to provide stores and small mountain town experiences, enough space for everyone to have own rooms, and great open space for everyone to hang out and play games, eat, or just read by the fire.
