Beachfront Paradise Hotel is a charming, ten-rooms boutique hotel nestled in the picturesque village of Playa Agua Blanca on the Oaxaca coastline, just 25 minutes from Puerto Escondido.
We hope your stay at the Beachfront Paradise Boutique Hotel will be as pleasant as possible. Here is some information that could help you enjoy this beautiful place, which will be your home for a couple of days, a week, or more. Thanks in advance for taking care of it.

Driving from Puerto Escondido or Huatulco, take the exit to Agua Blanca at 172 km. Continue one kilometer staying to the left until you reach the ocean view. Then turn left into Calle Delfines. Continue about 500 meters, and you will see two white tower buildings with the hotel sign on the wall on your left. The doors are open from 8 AM to 11 PM. There is also a ring bell at the door.

When you arrive, please ring the bell, and we will open the door and help you settle into your room.

The internet service at Beachfront Paradise Boutique Hotel is provided by STARLINK satellite. Our internet speed test shows over 100 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload.

**4. Air Conditioners:**
Fans are in all bedrooms, and in 8 of them (Turtle Room, Sky Room, Ocean Room, Sunrise Room, Breeze Room, Breeze Room ll, Honeymoon Jacuzzi Suite and Sunset Jacuzzi Suite) also have air conditioning. The fans are very efficient, and you may not need the AC due to the fresh and cool ocean breeze.

**5. Meals:**
We offer charming breakfasts at the dining room or on the pool deck with our Polish hospitality. A free breakfast may be included in your rate; please check your reservation. Lunch and dinner are also available if you choose that option. We cater to vegetarian diets. You can find our menu at our restaurant’s website (http://www.casadepierogi.com). A selection of Mexican & European beers, wine, mezcal, and Polish vodka are available for purchase. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED.

**6. Restaurants:**
Playa Agua Blanca has dozens of seafood restaurants within a 5-10 min walk, including Los Potrillos and Olguita, offering fresh and authentic Oaxacan meals.

**7. Cleaning:**
We have full time cleaning lady at the hotel and your room is cleaned according to your needs.
Additional cleaning can be scheduled upon request.

**8. Garbage:**
Trash containers are around the corner, but please leave your trash in the room for the cleaning personnel.

**9. Bathroom:**
Each room in our hotel has a private bathroom. Towels and a hair dryer are provided in the bathroom. Please do not throw any sanitary napkins into the toilet.

**10. Purified Water:**
Free drinking water, both cold and hot, is available anytime in the dining room from our water distribution stations. At the same time, our hotel takes pride in offering the freshest, purest water straight from our own spring water well.

**11. Kitchen:**
Only kitchen staff have access to the main kitchen. The Turtle Room and Sky Room also have a kitchenette and Casa Alebrijes Suite has a full kitchen.

**12. Washer and Dryers:**
Washing and drying service is available on request; please contact the cleaning personnel.

**13. Pool:**
Please return chairs and towels to their original positions after use. Only special color pool towels provided in each room should be taken to the pool or beach. No food or drinks in glass containers, or cigarettes and loud music are allowed in the pool area. Inappropriate behavior is prohibited. Please respect HOTEL’S QUIET HOURS.

**14. Quiet Hours:**
Quiet time is between 11 PM and 7 AM. Please do not disturb others during these hours.

**15. TV, Refrigerator and Safe Box:**
Each room and suite is equipped with Smart TVs for use with your online applications, as well as small refrigerators and safe boxes.

**16. Parking:**
Free parking is available at the rear or front entrance.

**17. Shopping:**
The closest convenience store is a 5-minute walk to the right. There are also small stores along Calle Delfines. Santa Elena, 2 km away, has more stores and small markets.

**18. Restaurants in Puerto Escondido:**
Recommended spots include El Viejo, Los Alebrijes, Elephant Garden, and Alivo.

**19. Beaches:**
Our Playa Agua Blanca Beach offers surfing, swimming, turtle watching, and whale watching.

**20. Massage:**
Relaxing and deep massage services are available with advance arrangement.

**21. Transportation:**
We are about 30 minutes from Puerto Escondido Airport, Mazunte, and Zipolite, and just over an hour from Huatulco International Airport. We offer airport transportation for an additional fee.

- **Beach Room:** Second floor, ocean view, king-size bed, fans, private bathroom with shower.
**Palapa House:**
- **Breeze Room:** Queen-size bed, ocean view, air conditioning, fan, private bathroom with shower.
**Beachfront House:**
- **Sunrise Room:** Queen-size bed, air conditioning, fan, ocean view, private bathroom with shower.
**Casa Alebrijes Suite:**
This two-story suite can be rented as a whole or as two separate apartments with a shared kitchen and living room. It includes: Honeymoon Jacuzzi Suite and Sunset Jacuzzi Suite.
- **Honeymoon Jacuzzi Suite:** Upper apartment, ocean view, air conditioning, fans, king-size bed, two-person jacuzzi with shower and private bathroom.
The shared living room on the first floor includes a full kitchen, dining table with chairs, and a single sofa.
- **Sunset Jacuzzi Suite:** Lower apartment, ocean view, air conditioning, fans, king-size bed and single bed, whirlpool bathtub, private bathroom with shower.
