You’re just a short walk from the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This professionally decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse can sleep 8 people and up to 2 pets. It is classy, coastal & well-appointed with comfortable furniture, DVD & Blu-ray players. There are also bicycles for the entire family! 2 men bikes, 2 women bikes and 2 youth bikes are all available for your use along with helmets and bike locks. There are also plenty of games for the family to enjoy. It has everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully equipped kitchen & large porch. During you stay you will have access to a private, member-only beach club. Snowbirds are welcome December through February-please contact the host for snowbird rates.

This is open-concept living at its best with plenty of space & privacy. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need including plates, cups, cookware, etc. Traveling with young children? This home has a Pack N Play. There are two blow-up beds (twin and full) that can be used in the upstairs hallway or in the living room.

During your stay you will enjoy free admission to the Lost Key Beach Club located across the street. You can walk or take the complimentary shuttle that is provided on a seasonal schedule to this private beach. This open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests. The club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms with showers & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club (hours vary) for purchase of food, snacks & beverages.

House Rules: Minimum age to rent is 25. Reservations for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without an accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis, please contact the manager with your pet request and the associated fees.
Be respectful of the townhouse and contents-it is someone's home. Respect your neighbors. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Absolutely no smoking, anyone found to be smoking or have smoked in the unit will be subject to deposit forfeiture and additional cleaning fee.

Garbage and Trash Containers; Containers may be placed at the curb no earlier then Tuesday afternoon and must be returned to the respective garage by Wednesday end of day. Garbage cans may not be stored in the back of the Townhouse at any time. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation

Golf/Carts/Electric Vehicles: Golf carts are to never be parked or driven on the grass. Except for quick stops at a Townhouse where they may remain in the driveway, they are to always be parked inside the garage. Note the intent of "quick stops" is a stop of less than 15 to 30 minutes. Renters or owners who are renting a golf cart MUST BE PRESENT for delivery and pickup/return of a golf cart rental. Golf cart must remain inside garage at all other times, including immediately after delivery. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation
