Pool rules : NO ANIMALS IN POOL OR ON POOL DECK. ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR GLASSWARE IN POOL. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14 SHOULD NOT USE POOL WITHOUT THE PARENT OR ADULT GUARDIAN IN ATTENDANCE. Pool heater available for an addition charge of $25 per day (12 hour cycles). You must tell us in advance, it takes about 4 hours to heat up. Be considerate and courteous to others, neighbors / family members. If any discordance happens you and your group will be asked to leave without a refund. Please be advised that Pool maintenance is scheduled every Monday, Thursday and Saturday from 7am-10am. The cleaning crew will access the pool area and show themselves out without interference to your stay. Guests are expected to clean after themselves, wash their own dishes and areas of the house used. Keep kitchen and bathroom clean at all times and take their trash out. Kitchen appliances,toys,games,chairs,pool stuff, please leave them where you found them. If intensive cleaning ( vomits , Food stains Etc )is required we will charge an extra $250. If you need assistance with anything please let us know and we will gladly help you. . Please be considerate of our neighbors. Extra fee for large events or gatherings. Please notify host. Very important! Make sure the number of people in the house match the number of people specified in the reservation. For 4 guest you will receive 2 Bedroom. 1. is the Master with one King Bed. and 1 Room with with 2 queen Beds. @ 7 Persons rate . You get 3 Bedrooms the 2 mentioned. plus a Full bed @9 Persons You get 4 Bedroom. An additional room with 2 queen beds @ 11 person. you get 5 Bedrooms. With additional 2 queen beds. @ 13. you get. additional room with. 1 Full Bed. @ 16. You get 7 Bedrooms. House Rules. : Music speakers ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE PUT outside In the Pool Deck Until 8PM .
