This cozy 2nd floor beach studio has a Pool view with a modern-minimalism look; I'm sure you can feel the relaxation vibe in it as much as I do.

This studio is ideal and strategic location to discover the rest of the east side of the island.

Luquillo offer to the visitors variety of activities such as hiking, snorkeling, diving, fishing, boat charters, horse rides, waterfalls, beautiful beaches, and panoramic vistas.

Also the East side is home to el Yunque, the only subtropical rainforest in US.

This studio within minutes from our national rainforest El Yunque, where you can discover all the flora, fauna and our beautiful waterfalls. The famous Kiosks, are 3 minutes away were you can try our traditional food. Surfing beaches near by and 20 minutes away from the Fajardo Ferry to our beautiful islands Vieques & Culebra. Also a varieties of local restaurants and more.
Other things to note
To stay in this location I recommend renting a car or private transportation company, since there are not many accessible 'Uber Drivers' in this area. I can recommend a transportation company.

The property's electrical service is connected and depends exclusively on the local company that provides this service in Puerto Rico. Therefore, electrical interruptions are not under our control. If there is any interruption in the service, please notify us as soon as possible. However, this event will not result in the cancellation of the reservation and / or any type of refund.
