Our family get together was so enjoyable because of the house, property, game room, and pool. The whole family (12 adults and 4 children) fit comfortably in the bedrooms provided and the pool, grounds and game room were enjoyed by all. We will definitely be back for another family vacation soon!

We had a great staycation!

Magnolia Creek Ranch is nothing short of amazing and the perfect place for family gatherings! Its a beautiful home with all the amenities you need including pool, game room and hot tub that made our stay so much better. We loved taking long walks around the property and my grandson loved playing on the playset. Host were great, we will definitely be staying here again.

We had a group of 12 celebrating a birthday for the weekend, and it couldn't have gone better. Christine's property is amazing. The house was very clean, and she was very responsive (although we had no issues). Definitely would recommend and will try to stay again!

We stayed at Magnolia Creek Ranch while we were playing in a volleyball tournament in nearby Farmersville and we literally could not have had a better experience. The house is adorable and had plenty of space for our team. The girls were totally smitten with the place. The host was gracious and attentive and even went out of her way to wish us luck in our matches. We hope to stay here again next year when we return for the tournament.

Amazing Place

We stayed with a good sized family group that ranged in age from 7 to 96. Everyone had a great time and were all very comfortable at the property. Christine is a great host, and I honestly can't imagine a better place to stay in the greater DFW area.

Perfect Family Weekend

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect weekend with family and friends! The home and grounds were beautiful and well appointed, and the teens got a lot of use out of the pool, hot tub and game den. We would love to stay here again someday!

Family reunion 80th birthday

This is an amazing property! The management is extremely on it. When you need anything . My family truly enjoyed every bit of the property. It's fabulous for all ages highly recommend the property.

Wonderful place in the middle of nowhere! Had everything we needed to make it a great weekend. Lots of space, comfortable beds, great pool and game room. Hosts were very accessible and helped every step of the way. Even a great farm stand less than 2 miles away. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

I cannot say enough about how much my team, and I enjoyed our stay at this property! The host was beyond accommodating, and truly understands the meaning of hospitality. The house was well appointed, there were enough of everything from towels, to bedding, to even complementary coffee, tea, and more. The house was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and I would absolutely stay here again! If I could give this property more than five stars, I would!

Such a great time here!

We had such a nice time and the property was perfect! We swam, made a few meals on the grill, played games in the game room, and enjoyed our time. The home is so comfortable and relaxing. Our adult children all came in town and we were able to just hang out together. We had everything we needed at the home, including beach towels and floaties. There was even a little gift basket of goodies on the counter that Christine left for us. We will be back for sure to make more memories!

Texas Wedding

This property was beyond amazing. Dena & Christine were the best property hosts we have ever worked with. They were so caring, helpful and fun. In addition to renting the house, we also held a wedding rehearsal at their barn venue. It is absolutely beautiful and the hosts took care of everything! I recommend this property as one of our all time favorites - it was an incredible week and a truly amazing place.

Women Leaders Corporate Retreat

A group of 20+ women leaders reserved the house to participate in the Texas Women’s Conference virtually. The house was perfect affording us the fun farmhouse decor, retreat atmosphere for an “out of the city hustle and bustle” relaxing vibe, plenty of space and bathrooms, and a nice kitchen that we could serve out guests from. For those of us that spent the night, the host thought of everything we might need during our stay, house was quiet and beds were super comfy. Highly recommend this beautiful property. Looking forward to next time! Would love to send you a picture of the crew!

Great Get-away with hospitality

Remote enough to feel like you are in the countryside but only an hour from downtown Dallas, this retreat delivered fun and games or quiet seclusion in an attractive and professionally created setting. Everything we needed was there, beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were of good quality, place was clean and well-kept, and the arrangement of bedrooms and baths provided four distinct sleeping areas. There are two bedrooms and one bath near the living room, another two bedrooms and bath on the opposite end of the house, a primary expansive bedroom and bath upstairs and another one in the game room shed a few steps outside. This makes it great for sub-sets of families or friends. Owner/manager was very attentive to minor questions and made sure we knew we could reach her is anything came up. A high degree of hospitality in every way!

60th birthday party celebration

I'm not sure where to start. There are so many great things to say about our stay. We were there from Wednesday through Sunday and we rented the barn for my party. There were close to 100 people there and everything went off without a hitch. The house was immaculate! There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there and it is definitely worth every dollar. Management was always available, and the very few minor questions we had, they were answered within a very short time. The game room was a hit, the hot tub was a hit, the play area for the children was a hit, the pool was a hit, Everything else was, you guessed it.... a hit. The question I heard most from everyone was "Where did you find this place?". It is truly a diamond in the rough. I wholeheartedly endorse Magnolia Creek Ranch 1,000%!

An Absolute Gem! Book it TODAY!

God knew I wanted to give my Mom an absolutely perfect 60th Birthday experience in Dallas! When we arrived at this beautiful home, we were all in total awe of how amazing it was! From the grounds, to the interior to the service, everything was absolutely flawless! The owners were attentive, available at all times, accommodating and so pleasant to work with! My family and I literally felt like we were home for the 4 days of our stay. If you are looking for a private oasis to host your family, event or just some quiet time away from the city, please do yourself a favor and book this amazing property! There's so much to explore here and the owners will ensure your experience is one of a kind! Christine and Dena, my family is still texting and calling and posting about the amazing time we had over the NYE weekend. Beautiful Country Getaway

We choose this wonderful property because it was not too far away, yet out of the way enough for my highly immunocompromised adult son. The farmhouse was immaculate and incredibly well-provisioned. The pool was sparkingly clean, and the game room provided fantastic options. The first night my kids' devices has issues connecting to the wifi, but by morning everything was fine. There were no connectivity issues for the few online meetings that we had to keep, a major plus. Our dog had the best time roaming the property, chasing crickets and grasshoppers. Be aware that this is the country and wear something on your feet. We killed one baby scorpion while there--not a big deal. This property is ideal for a quiet getaway with plenty to do. The only thing to note about the property is the upstairs master bedroom has a gorgeous sunroof area that has no blinds on the windows. I normally travel with blackout curtains to suction cup to the windows to allow us to sleep in on vacation, but this area high and inaccessible. By 6:30 a.m., the room is fully lit. (If you are a light-sensitive sleeper, choose one of the downstairs bedrooms.) It also contributes to the room heating up more than the rest of the house in the 100+ degree temperatures we've been experiencing. The house had a ready additional fan in the laundry closet to help with this. Overall, it was a fabulous place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

Cozy country home for the holidays

Great country farmhouse for our family holiday get together. We met up with our cousins and aunt for the weekend. Had a wonderful time in this cozy country home. The weather prohibited us from enjoying all the amenities but I definitely think we found a new meeting spot for our family.

Amazing, Beautiful, Quiet country home.

My friends & I (a party of 10) celebrated Thanksgiving here. The owner had excellent communication, & supplied the home with everything we needed to cook. The kitchen was nice, had ample space, & had great appliances. The dining room/living room area gave a “home away from home” vibe, especially while watching movies or playing board games. The land was beautiful & front yard was perfect for our kids to run around & play. Lastly, the fire pit outside allowed us to make great memories, while roasting marshmallows, drinking cold beers, & telling stories. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone interested. The memories my friends & I made while here will be with us forever.

I have owned and managed other short term rentals in and around the DFW area. The rules and regulations if your property is within city limits preclude family reunions, parties, cars on property, quiet hours, fireplace usage, etc. I wanted to find a place where large families can come together for a family reunion or a wedding, corporate retreat etc. When my business partner Dena found this property, we knew we had to have it. She has spent 32 years in the wedding industry and loved the barn as event space and I loved the farmhouse as a short term rental where you choose the optional event space or not. There are just not enough properties that offer freedom to gather in a respectful manner. The large party crowd that rents short term rentals to trash someone else's house has sullied the industry. Just to be clear, we will not rent the farmhouse to a large party crowd, but are happy to offer our space to respectful groups looking to gather or celebrate. All overnight occupants must be on the reservation and groups over 25 people must contract optional event space.
