PARKING
Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
All vehicles must be parked at the lower driveway adjacent to the garage doors.
Up to 2 smaller vehicles may also be parked inside the garage.
Access is only through the lower garage level.
For SUV-type vehicles, please watch head height when entering the garage.
No cars may be parked on neighborhood streets or in the home's front driveway area.
NO trailers or RVs allowed.
The driveway is slightly steep; please drive slowly when going up or down to the garage area.

RESPECT WILDLIFE
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats after monsoon season outside the property. Do NOT approach or feed these animals.

PET POLICY
Pets of any kind are not allowed

SUPPLIES PROVIDED
Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests.
Essentials included: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap.
While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items.

HOUSE RULES
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
No parties or events permitted.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
ONLY registered guest are allowed on the property (12-14 max occupancy and this includes children/babies, NO exceptions) This property is not for nuisance parties or unlawful gatherings.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Landscape and pest control vendors access the property once per month and the Spa vendor has access to the property once a week.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
