Well-kept, comfortable vacation home with a sauna, patio and large living area

Built in the Danish vacation home style, the house offers plenty of space (90 square meters) and is equipped to accommodate 6 (up to 8) people. The house sits on a large lot with its own parking space and features a partially covered patio. In addition to electric floor heating, a new wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere and helps save on energy costs. The living area features a flat-screen TV and a stereo system; the kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, and refrigerator. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed; on the upper floor, in the loft area, there is a double bed as well as a room with two single beds. On the first floor, you can relax wonderfully in the sauna.<br><br>Electricity is billed based on usage at current rates.<br><br>Amenities at the vacation park and in the surrounding area: The vacation park features a small supermarket, a pizzeria, playgrounds, a horseback riding center, table tennis tables, and much more. The laundromat offers washing, drying, and ironing services for a fee. In Mirow, you’ll find supermarkets from all the major chains.<br><br><br>We rent our house on a weekly basis only, from Saturday to Saturday. <br>In addition to the rental price: <br>Final cleaning: 40.00 euros<br>Electricity based on usage: 0.40 euros per kWh<br>Tourist tax per adult per night: 1.00 euro (April 1 – October 31)<br>Bed linens (if used): <br>5.00 euros per set<br>
