Welcome to your private waterfront retreat in St. Petersburg. This newly remodeled canal-front home was designed for relaxing Florida days, sunset views, and unforgettable time on the water.

The highlight of the property is the resort-style backyard. Take a refreshing swim in the sparkling pool, or lounge poolside while watching boats drift by on the canal. As the sun sets, the entire backyard glows with stunning Florida skies. Dine outside with plenty of seating and lighting.

Step down to the private dock, where you can fish right from the backyard, rod holders and chairs included, or launch one of the provided kayaks or paddleboards to explore nearby waterways and the natural beauty of Weedon Island Preserve.

For guests who love adventure, we provide everything you need for a perfect day outdoors:

Just across the nearby footbridge is a beautiful waterfront park with paths for walking, biking, and skating.

Excellent property and stay!

We stayed here while in town for a swim meet. The property was amazing and in a great location. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and we loved the labelled cabinets and drawers. We plan to stay again next year for the meet if it is available. AMAZING stay!!!

A week by the water

We had a wonderful week here. The house has everything you need, a lovely location on the water with publix, target and other stores only 3 mins away by car. We enjoyed chilling by the pool and even saw dolphins and manatee. Jen was an amazing host and communication was excellent nothing was to much trouble. We also met the neighbour who was very nice and friendly. I would 100% recommend this lovely home.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! I appreciate all the attention to detail that the homeowners put into making their home perfect for visitors. We felt safe in the area and also pampered! Great location, my daughter worked out at the YMCA which had a very affordable weekly rate and was only 1.5 miles down the road. Hosts were excellent, kind and responsive. The only thing that could’ve been improved upon was the back bedroom stayed warm even with the two fans going and the main A/C turned down along with keeping the door open. The other two bedrooms were nice and cool.

Family Oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location is perfect. There is a bike path into DT St Petersburg right out the door. A park near by with pickle ball courts, a basketball court, an outdoor gym and of course swings. Publix and Target is very close as well. The house was clean, spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The backyard lanai was so peaceful and relaxing. It was a perfect space for us to enjoy. Jen is a wonderful host!!! Communication was excellent. Her recommendations for restaurants and places to see was so helpful. Thank for opening up your home. We were sad to have to leave.

Want to stay forever

After a long drive this is just the kind of welcome home you want. From the cool chill vibes of the beach themed living room to the amazing backyard bliss. This home is worth every cent. Jen had everything labeled and it was easy to navigate the cabinets and drawers. The Lanai was so peaceful... Day and night it was the popular hang out with our party. The pool was refreshing and the spa relaxing. The dock was perfect for our friends son to catch fish... Even if it was mostly catfish. We ended up extending our stay... And honestly don't want to go home any time soon. Jen was easy to communicate with and answered any questions quickly. We will definitely be back here!

5 ⭐️ Above and Beyond ❤️

Wow-what are wonderful place to call home for a vacation! Jen & Jim went above and beyond to make sure anything we needed would be at the house…prestocked with drinks, few snacks, seasonings, basic can goods, bathroom needs (blow dryer, lotion, soaps…truly don’t need to bring anything in this dept), beach towels, spare sunglasses, coolers, picnic supplies…just bring your clothes and a swimsuit other than that they have for you covered. We did one grocery run, but was able to wait to do that due to more than the basics provided!! The home was immaculate inside and out! The lanai area was a little taste of heaven 🏝️ Close to stores, events, beaches yet far enough away to avoid the tourist crowds. We will definitely stay here again if in the area and highly recommend to all!! Thank you Jen & Jim we truly appreciate your thoughtfulness and was a breath of fresh air to deal with such kind and giving people 😍

Peaceful, Comfortable Hangout

Someone looking for a convenient home base for a set of St Pete vacay experiences would do well to stay here for its location. But we used it to hang out and relax for several days. And for that purpose, this house is a wonderful choice! Plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor space and seating for our group of four adults to be together or spread out. The marine life was frequently on show (dolphins, manatees, even turtles) from the dock, or a little closer encounter was possible with the kayak and SUP. The swimming pool was amazing and the screened patio with ample furniture and TV made it pleasurable to cycle in and out all day (even during storms). The hot tub was a nice bonus too! Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and very well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with safe walking/jogging/biking choices right from the front door. The hosts were fantastic, providing excellent information and going the extra mile to make sure we had the best time. Truly recommended!!!

Hosting has become something we genuinely enjoy, especially because we’ve spent years traveling ourselves and understand how meaningful it is to find a place that feels comfortable, relaxing, and thoughtfully prepared.

I’m Jen, a professional marketer and graphic designer who works remotely and manages the listing. I’m always available before, during, and after your stay to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our wonderful co‑host Jocelyn will be your primary point of contact locally and is dedicated to making sure you feel welcomed and cared for.

We take pride in creating an environment that feels like a true home rather than a standard rental. We love coastal living, outdoor time, great food, and meaningful travel experiences — and we’ve designed our space to reflect that same balance of relaxation and enjoyment for our guests.

Guests often tell us how much they appreciate being able to return from a day of exploring to a serene, tranquil setting. You won’t find late‑night crowds or heavy traffic here — instead, you’ll experience tree‑lined streets, friendly neighbors, and a slower pace that truly allows you to unwind.

One of our favorite features is the nearby bike path that provides a beautiful ride all the way into downtown St. Pete. It’s an incredible way to explore the city while enjoying Florida’s sunshine and scenery. Just over a footbridge, you’ll also find a stunning park offering walking trails, biking paths, pickleball and tennis courts, playgrounds, and outdoor workout areas. A brand‑new YMCA is also just a short walk away, making it easy for guests to stay active during their stay.

Additionally, being on the canal allows quick access to Tampa Bay and some of Florida’s most beautiful natural surroundings — perfect for those who love the water and outdoor adventure.

Because this is a residential neighborhood with many young families, we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours and the peaceful nature of the community. This helps ensure everyone — guests and neighbors alike — enjoys the environment.

It’s rare to find a four‑bedroom waterfront home in St. Petersburg that combines spacious indoor living with such an inviting outdoor experience. The backyard is often the highlight for guests — a private, relaxing oasis with water views, a covered porch designed for lounging or dining, and plenty of space to gather, unwind, or simply enjoy the Florida breeze. You'll quickly learn what types of ripples in the canal will show you dolphins, manatees, or snook and other amazing fish.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an abundance of helpful tools and gadgets for cooking and entertaining.

We’ve included many of the comforts travelers often wish they had — from beach and water gear to cozy living spaces that make it easy to settle in. There are kayaks and SUPs available to use after signing a waiver.

The overall experience is best described as serene yet active. You can start your morning with coffee on the porch, bike into downtown for brunch or art galleries, spend the afternoon on the water or at the park, and return home to a peaceful, comfortable setting.

We’ve intentionally created a place that supports both relaxation and adventure — and we’re excited to share it with guests who appreciate that same balance.
