Excellent location!!! Are you looking for a place out of town, yet easily accessible to area activities and attractions? This is it! Our cabin is a central location for all that NWA has to offer. The cabin is located in the quiet treetops of Beaver Lake offering an exceptional lakeview and just minutes from downtown Rogers and quick access to I-49 to explore Bentonville, Springdale, and Fayetteville. We are also only 15 miles to War Eagle Mill and 35 miles to Eureka Springs for a great day trip. The area also has many bike and hiking trails within a short drive.

You will love the benefits and convenience of our cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath tri-level 2000 sq ft. log home with the very best views of the Horseshoe Bend lake area! Feel right at home and enjoy the rustic setting as you relax and unwind. Visit with family and friends and enjoy the lakeview in our cool outdoor hangout area with grill, bar table, chairs and firepit that is covered so you can enjoy rain or shine.

Find a quiet spot outside to sit and enjoy the lakeview while watching the wildlife. Bird lovers will be pleased with the variety making the cabin area their home including goldfinches, cardinals, bluebirds, nuthatches, and hummingbirds.

There is NO lake access from the property (too steep) so be sure to check out nearby areas for lake activities such as Horseshoe Bend (2 miles) with boat launch, full service Marina, and day use areas or Prairie Creek (7 miles and offers boat rentals).

The main floor has a comfortable sitting area with Smart TV/DVD, traditional pine floors, and windows to view the water and landscape. Sliding doors lead to a balcony to enjoy the panoramic views. Two queen sized bedrooms with Smart TVs and one bathroom with tub/shower combo are also located on the main level along with the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, dishwasher and washer and dryer.

Upstairs is the king loft bedroom with Smart TV, bath, and balcony. A Kids Bunk room is just off the bath with 3 twin beds.

Downstairs offers a family room with pool table, Smart TV/DVD player, and games. Step out of the french doors and enjoy the view.

Comfort and cleanliness is our top priority for our guests. We take pride in providing fresh, immaculate accommodations for up to ten guests. There is ample parking for boats, jet ski's, and auto's. A chain link fence encloses the cabin adding additional safety for kids at play.

Our home is non-smoking and is located in the most convenient lake location to restaurants and shopping in Rogers and surrounding areas. The legendary Monte Ne Chicken Inn is 3 miles away for a delicious family style dinner. It is just 15 minutes to the Pinnacle Hills Promenade Shopping Mall, AMP for great concerts and John Q. Hammons convention center. Crystal Bridges American Museum and Children's 's Amazeum is only 18 miles away. It is 20 miles from XNA airport, 25 miles to Fayetteville, 15 miles to War Eagle Mill and 35 miles to Eureka Springs.
