Prepare delicious food in a well appointed kitchen while you chat with family and friends seated at the island counter or 8-seater dining room table, or move out onto the deck where you can grill out next to the six seater table or settle into the lounge. Inside, the living room welcomes everyone with conversation seating, comfortable pillows and throws, games and puzzles, a big screen TV supported by high-speed wifi, and an electric fireplace. Later you can retire to one of the three comfortable bedrooms (King in one, Queen in one, Full & Twin trundle in another).

SeaRenity Stays is nestled in a secluded neighborhood where you can leave the car behind and stroll three blocks to the Saunders Point Beach to gaze out at the water from the private community pier and beach. If you have little ones with you, they can get their wiggles out on Saunders Point Park, which features a playground with tables and seating next to Big Pond. Maryland's natural shoreline woods are a .4 mile walk away at Beverly Triton Nature Park and a 2.3 mile walk away at Mayo Beach Park (which is a 5-minute drive, but at times they require online registration to drive-in and park so we recommend checking in advance). Shopping and restaurants in Edgewater, Annapolis, and many other Chesapeake Bay communities are just a car ride away. Wanting a day trip? Washington D.C., the National Harbor, or Baltimore are only about an hour away.

*Extra comfortable sleeping for 6 people between one King size, one Queen size, one Full size & one Twin size trundle.

*Kitchen appliances include coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, air fryer, hand mixer, waffle maker, popcorn maker, ice-cream maker, sandwich press, and crock pot.

*Large capacity washer and dryer in the utility room along with an iron, ironing board, and clothes steamer.

*Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryers, and make-up mirrors.

*Linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, and comforters) and towels (beach, bath, hand, and washcloths) are provided.

*If you have small children, two additional very young guests can be accommodated with the toddler cot and a Pack 'n Play for a total capacity of 8 guests in the home. Other niceties for small ones include a high-chair, books and games, nightlights, child-size plates, bowls, and silverware.

*The kitchen includes dish and glassware for 12 and the dining table can accommodate 8. 

*Guests are given a unique, key-less entry code after paying for the stay and before arrival that allows them to lock and unlock the front and back doors during their reservation.

*There is a gas grill, 6 seat patio table with chairs, and patio lounge sofa out on the deck overlooking the large, fenced-in back yard.

*We have motion-activated security cameras on the exterior of the home pointing out away from the house on both the front and rear doors.
