This property is only 20 minutes from the airport and located in the heart of downtown. The historic 1900s building was initially part of the land that housed President James K. Polk’s mansions. Today, turn-of-the-century details like stained glass and an eclectic old-fashioned elevator give this building its unique style.
Our condo is furnished with details like chic exposed brick and it has been smartly decorated with your comfort in mind making you feel right at home. You can watch your favorite programs on a 65" TV in the living area with 2 queen sleeper sofas. Or, privately in the master bedroom on a 14" memory foam mattress watching a 40" TV with blackout curtains.
You have full use of stainless steel appliances, plenty of dishes, cookware and choice of two coffee pots, Keurig or a 12 cup brew master. Enjoy the granite kitchen bartop that seats four.
BEDROOM FEATURES:
1 King Bed - 14” memory foam plush mattress. Blackout curtains enable you to sleep in. 40" TV and large closet.
LIVING ROOM FEATURES:
2 Queen sleeper sofas - have your own memory foam mattress, a guitar to play, record player & great photo area.
The living room accommodates up to 2 maximum guests easily with plenty of room for opening queen sofas if you want your own queen bed.

All guests will have keyless entry access. You will receive an access code with and all instructions for self check-in a few days before your arrival.

This is a residential building. Every stay includes the comforts of home with a starter supply including: shampoo, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, hotel-quality towels and linens, coffee, creamer, sweeteners, dishwasher soap, bottled water and snacks. Guests will enjoy the careful thought and details given to make your stay most memorable: 2 TV's, smart speakers, extra USB ports, plenty of mirrors, jewelry dishes, little conveniences throughout, comfy beds, and location, location, location!
RULES POLICY:
Person booking must be 25 or over and provide ID to the host.
NO MORE THAN THE 4 REGISTERED (NEVER UNREGISTERED GUESTS OR VISITORS) AT ANY ONE TIME, are allowed in the unit per Condo HOA DOCUMENTS. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum of 4 registered guests' occupancy and impose a charge of $100 per person per night for each unregistered guest in addition to all fines by the condo's HOA.
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE WITHIN CONDO OR BUILDING, ONLY IN OUR GATED OUTSIDE DESIGNATED PATIO.
Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 8:00am. This is a residential building. Please respect others that are in the building.
No pets are allowed.
No parties, events, glitter or confetti are allowed in Condo.
