If you're traveling with multiple generations and it matters that nobody negotiates a shower schedule. If you want the water to be the whole point — guests spend most of the day on our dock.

The grand deep-water dock is ready for your boat - tie up and enjoy direct lake access. Our dock location maintains strong water depth year-round, even as Lake Norman levels fluctuate seasonally (managed by Duke Energy). The dock features a diving board, bench swings, and sunning areas. The on-site boat lift is reserved for the property owner.

This is a strictly non-smoking property (indoors and outdoors).

For guest safety, exterior security cameras are located at the driveway and road (2), exterior patios (2), and the dock (1). There are no cameras inside the home.
