Just steps from Cook's Beach, this retreat offers breathtaking whitewater ocean views from every spot, including the shower. Enjoy a private hot tub, king bed, and high-speed Starlink internet. The perfect coastal getaway with modern comforts and unparalleled scenery.

The Little Dachita is perched above the Pacific Ocean at Bournes Landing, west of Highway 1. You'll be surrounded by whitewater ocean views -- in your king bed, in the swivel egg chairs, outdoors in your private hot tub, and even in the luxurious ocean-view shower.

✅ Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
✅ The ground leading from parking to the loft can be uneven and the walkways are gravel. Also, entry to the loft requires climbing a flight of stairs.
✅ There is one other building on the property which may be occupied, but your spaces are entirely private from each other and you will likely not see nor interact with the other occupants.
✅ For your safety, there are security cameras on the parking area and entrance path. There are no cameras in the loft or hot tub area.

A beautiful home on a very quiet street. we really enjoyed the ocean view and the hot tub was great to relax in after a day out. Thank you for allowing us to stay! We had a great stay at Little Dachita! I would highly recommend this place and hosts Katie and Jay for your stay in Gualala.

Excellent Repeat Stay

We have been staying at this property for several years. Katie and Jay put a great deal of effort into maintaining its quality and charm year after year. Everything works perfectly. The location is wonderfully private and scenic. The Dachita is one of the reasons we keep returning to the Mendonoma Coast. Thank you for another wonderful visit!

Exceeded our expectations!

What an amazing place! We loved Little Dachita Beach Loft - unbelievable location, and only a five minute walk to Cook's Beach -- and tremendous views of the Pacific from the loft windows, and via the hot tub, as well as from the perfectly placed Adirondack chairs in the front yard area. We really were blown away by the landscape. We knew Dachita Loft, as well as the location, (a few miles north of Gualala) would be spectacular, but nothing could have prepared us for such stellar beauty. We loved Trinks Cafe (amazing lentil bowl, and phenomenal scones and cookies), St. Orres (best mushroom lasagna ever), [both in Gualala], and Pier Place right near the pier (in Point Arena). Total ease from booking, to check-in; and Katie sent excellent details about restaurant recommendations, and driving directions. Dachita Loft was perfect -- lots of windows, very clean, comfortable bed, and huge bathroom and shower -- very roomy; the hot tub was incredible - we relaxed there every day. We really hope to visit again! Thank you, Jay and Katie!

Fantastic space, even better in person! I'd go back just for the shower! Only thing to note - the shades offer only partial privacy at night when the lights are on inside. Will definitely return!
