Mustang Meadows: Luxury Texas Hill Country Retreat

Mustang Meadows is your ultimate luxury Hill Country escape featuring a stunning great room, four oversize bedrooms, each with private bath, and two separate bunk rooms accommodating a total of 21 guests. The home boasts a luxury country feel with bespoke wood, art, stone and leather throughout. We have just opened the brand-new game room with pool table, home theater, foosball, shuffleboard, arcade games and more! The almost-6,000-square-foot main house sits at the northern juncture of Dos Conchas Ranch in Marble Falls on a private gated 80-acres of rolling meadows - complete with a herd of colorful broodmares.

A spacious light-filled master bedroom sits in the Eastern wing of the house with a luxury ensuite - let your stresses soak away with a glass of bubbly in the oversize spa-jet tub. Two additional master bedrooms are adjoined by private oversize ensuites with designer finishes – wood, slate, marble and granite. The oversize kitchen is equipped to whip up a beautiful meal, and two separate dining areas seat fourteen. Two living room areas (one featuring a fireplace, the other a TV lounge) and a private fully-equipped wet bar look out to expansive patios, BBQ and pool area. All overlook meadows and oak trees stretching back into the rolling Texas Hill Country – with not a neighbor in sight. You are welcome to hike the property and spot hawks, foxes, deer and of course, our herd of friendly broodmares. South of the property sits the unrivaled 800-acre Dos Conchas Ranch, home to the Cadillac Dance Hall (hosting monthly old-time dance halls with live music on the last Saturday of every month), a working horse and cattle ranch, and a slate of exciting up-and-coming hill country ranch Experiences.

We offer free wi-fi and a smart TV which allows you to log into your own accounts on Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc.

Just ten minutes from the center of Marble Falls, you’ll be close to the center of the action – from breweries, wineries, incredible dining, shopping, Horseshoe Bay and everything the lake has to offer. Austin is less than an hour, or you can spend your days exploring Hill Country, Spicewood, or wine country.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool is closed seasonally from October 1 through March 1st. It will not be available for use during this time. The pool is open March 1 through Sept 30 each year.

Thank you for staying with us at Mustang Meadows! We appreciate caution and thank you for the reminder. Like any ranch, we do occasionally have creepy crawlies out on the property. Usually, snakes are harmless (several species of snakes mimic rattlesnakes but are not venomous) - but it is ALWAYS wise to assume the opposite and keep a good distance if you should ever spot anything out there. When hiking on our gorgeous 77 acres (and at any of the nearby parks, state parks or outdoor venues), we always remind our guests to remain vigilant. This IS ranch country - Texas!!

Amazing property

This is a perfect place for family and friends to gather to celebrate a special occasion - my husband and I spent a long weekend celebrating our 75th birthdays. The house is amazing - the game room is fabulous and a big hit with young and old alike. We will definitely being returning.

An Incredible Space & Location!

We had the best time staying at this property! It was beautiful, spacious, had everything we needed in the home and we loved being on so many acres to see horses and longhorns! Country Oasis

We were very pleased with this property for our large group of 16 people, plenty of room to spread out. The game room was a huge hit for the kids and adults Alike. The only reason I gave an overall 4 star rating was due to the pool being offline for several days of our stay because it had turned green.

Mustang Meadows Excellent Hospitality

Our family enjoyed our stay at Mustang Meadows. The large house allowed us all to have our individual space and still enjoy our time together. The Saturday night event at Los Conchos was a nice surprise and very nice for the Shell family to invite us to. Kaili is an awesome property manager! Read the signs on the door and do watch out for critters.

Great, unique stay!

This property was such a special find. We gather together every year with my husband’s family for a long weekend away. We have 15 people (7 adults and 8 children). As our family is still growing, it gets harder and harder to find a comfortable place for us all to stay. This place was large beautiful, the property was beautiful, and seeing the horses and having access to the trail behind the house was very special. Would definitely recommend!

SPACIOUS!!!!!!

Our five Grands had a great time - as did the older family members. They enjoyed the pool, horses and riding the Gator and the game room. Most of us adults seemed to enjoy just sitting on the porch in the quiet of the country and living in the slow lane. Having spaces for a large group/family in this house is an understatement. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Thanksgiving Stay

Thank you for such a wonderful place of our entire family to get together and celebrate the holiday. The house was just perfect with so much space, especially in the kitchen - we're Italian, we need the room! Some special memories for the 12 of us were getting to ride in the mule (golf cart) and seeing the whole ranch and all the beautiful animals, playing tons of games, either on the big table or in that great game room - so much fun was had in there! Lastly, our final night was spent at the Cadillac Dance Hall and wow, did we have a BLAST! Truly, this was an unforgettable time at an unforgettable place with the people we love the most. We hope to be back soon.

So wonderful . . .

So marvelous! The Ranch is beautiful, the Accommodations exceptional, the Game Room - an unexpected treat for all three generations, the Kitchen - supports 10 simultaneous users, watching horses and a newborn foal graze, and listening to our grandchildren's voices laughing and talking with pleasure. What else could you ask for? The Cadillac Dance Hall! Dancing with your grandchildren. It's awful nice that Eddie would share his paradise with us.

Duplicate Bridge Group

The property is absolutely beautiful. There was a total of 9 ladies that stayed on the property that were 80+ years of age. The only complaint was from two of the ladies who were assigned the lower double-sized bunk beds. Although the beds had springs in the mattresses, we were told they were still uncomfortable for a heavier adult. All of the ladies enjoyed sitting out on the porch and visiting with one another while watching the horses that could be seen running around beyond the fence that separated the house from the pasture. Since it was quite hot during our stay, the host brought over a large fan for the covered porch to make the area more comfortable. Several of the ladies even enjoyed using the inviting pool that was close to the porch Whenever there was a question or a problem, there was an immediate response from the host.

Family Christmas Weekend

Beautiful house large enough for family gatherings room are all large plenty of beds for everyone. Beautiful property we were able to go walking there were trails, and watching the beautiful horses on the back deck every morning was a blessing. will definitely be back. small request invest in a Keurig it took us 2 days to figure out the coffee pot. lol

Girlfriend Getaway

In case character size of limited, all I can say is SIMPLY AMAZING property and customer service, book it now! 5 day stay (should have been longer) for eight women. So much space to share we never got tired of looking at each other. Common areas are massive, clean, well furnished, comfortable giving a sense of hominess and lends to lots of napping. Bedrooms large and super comfortable with quality linens and plush towels in the adjoining bathrooms. We didn't do any cooking, but there is everything you need to make a fabulous meal. Huge coffee mugs and wine glasses got the most use, and we'd like to know what brand of coffee was there because it was wonderful. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the views on the multiple porches/decks. The beauty of the horses roaming freely often left 8 women just sitting silently absorbing the beauty of the landscape. In the darkness, sitting around the fire table, it was amazing to hear the pack of coyotes in the distance howling away. 10 stars for the property owners/managers with communication. All questions were answered clearly within a few minutes. If your stay is lucky enough to include the last Saturday of the month DO NOT MISS THE PARTY at the Cadillac Ranch across the road. We had so much fun and was most welcomed by the owners and the local residents. We haven't danced and laughed so much since we were in our 20s. Thank you Kaili and the Shell family for such a wonderful experience. We're already advocating for the LPGAA to bring our tournament back the this part of the country!
