Set In the heart of Mersea Island's waterside Anchorage area.

This coastal gem is great for beach walks, the sea is just 2 minutes away.

Close to local pubs, our famous Oyster restaurants and the village.

A spacious, beach house owned by a family of watersports' lovers with off street parking for 2 cars.

Extended families can congregate in the generous kitchen, the large south facing lounge. Or better yet in the hot tub overlooking the garden.

It's all there.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the property. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus and was spotlessly clean. Our host couldn’t have been any more helpful and communication was seamless. I would highly recommend the property and hope to return.

Very spacious kitchen and sitting room and having the extra outside table space was a bonus.The location was very quiet, and ideal for walks or just sitting looking at the view.The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had excellent showers with plenty of hot water.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, the house was clean, tidy, and welcoming.The host was fantastic, providing excellent communication and helpful voice notes on how to use the house features. They even checked in shortly after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed.

Great house close to the sea

Great house with lots of space for six adults - we had a great few days. Location is excellent and John the owner is super helpful

Everything was as stated in details. The host was there and took us on a brief tour etc but also sent a voice message. It was clean and a well presented property. The garden was well maintained and pet friendly. The host was quick to point out if there were any problems please get in touch straight away, so it can be fixed if need be.

Superb Accommodation

Fantastic well presented property. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend. Even a detailed voice message from the owner with instructions for everything from the hot water to the oven to the WiFi! Thank you very much for our stay John!

Family Get Together

I couldn't fault this beautiful spacious home. It had everything we needed for the perfect family get away, and the playroom and trampoline in the garden got a big thumbs up from my grandchildren. The location was great for exploring everything that West Mersea has to offer, especially the seafood! Everyone went away feeling totally relaxed! One big thumbs up for me, was that John the owner greeted me at the property in person to show me how everything worked!
