A new building is currently under construction next door to Prince Resort. As this condo is a corner unit, guests may experience construction noise beginning as early as 7:00 AM and visible construction activity during daytime hours. This project is expected to continue through May 2027. To offset this inconvenience, the rental rate has been adjusted to reflect the temporary conditions. We appreciate your understanding, as this is outside of our control.
