Historic buildings include this renovated 4 bedroom carriage house that sits atop the property with long range views of lawns, woods, and lake.

On the ground floor: spacious master bedroom with queen size and single bed, 3 seasons porch* with sliders to small deck and door to one of two covered porches, full bath with tub, open concept dining/living room with many windows and lovely views of outdoors, plus sliders that lead to largest of 2 decks and connects to screened porch, equipped galley kitchen. Second floor: two bedrooms (with one double and two single beds total), large built in closets and dressers, skylights, half bath, small room under the eaves with single mattress, built in dresser and pocket door. Porch, lawn and beach furniture, fire-pit, hammock, lawn and board games, swing set available.

Our rental home is priced according to the time of year and the number of people in the rental party.
FYI: The property is on a hill, there is uneven ground in the yard, and the house is not considered handicap accessible.

*Three season porch has separate entrances and its day bed is also a trundle and though a tight fit in the room, can be joined to create a double bed. Additional sleeping accommodations available upon request.
