This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a front balcony with plenty of seating looking out to the lake and also a rear deck with additional seating and lake views as well. The unit was recently renovated and has updated kitchen, bath and lots of entertaining space. The unit features in unit laundry as well. The space is approx. 50ft from the beach and is walkable to the Loyola train stop, as well as a variety of bars and restaurants along Sheridan. Also, there is a Starbucks on Sheridan. We supply extra linens, bath and cooking essentials and laundry detergent. We also have lots of games and books in the living room and during the warmer months, we have kayaks and paddle boards available to rent. So much to love in this amazing space! Exterior security cameras are present at the property. The camera locations are (2) in the front of the building, (2) on the west side and (2) in the backyard area of the property.
