Newly renovated and thoughtfully decorated, this home sleeps up to 25 guests across 7 bedrooms and 5 baths — including a private detached Studio Suite — and offers the best of both worlds: peaceful countryside atmosphere and easy access to all that Fort Worth has to offer.

Enjoy relaxing nature views, a diving pool with slide, hot tub, propane fire pit, and plenty of room for everyone to gather indoors or out.

Great Room
Enter the open-concept Great Room with comfortable seating for 10 and a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for gathering. A Samsung Frame TV blends art and entertainment, while a pellet-stove fireplace makes cool Texas evenings cozy.

Second Living Area + Kitchen
Just off the kitchen, the second living area seats 6 with pool views. The well-equipped kitchen features a large island with counter seating for 4, double ovens, and everything needed to prepare meals for a crowd. Coffee lovers will find both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. A full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen for guest use.

Primary Suite
King bed + Twin daybed (both memory foam). Ensuite bath with soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanity, and spacious closet. Located just off the Great Room, this retreat features warm tones and layered textures for a calm, restorative feel.

Coral Room
Two Queen beds, 32-inch TV, boho tones and countryside view, shared bath with Sage Room.

Magnolia Room

Bunk Room
Two custom Twin XL-over-Queen bunks (Sleeping 6). Upgraded linens and memory foam mattresses, individual charging cubbies, two leather sofas, 55-inch TV, dining table, and private ensuite bath with shower. Perfect for movie nights or teen hangouts.

Private Studio Suite (Detached Building)
King bed + Queen Murphy bed, ensuite bath, shuffleboard table, lounge area with TV, full refrigerator, and kitchenette space. Quiet and private — a favorite for grandparents or couples.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Private fenced pool area with diving board and slide. The adjacent hot tub is perfect for evening relaxation under string lights. A covered patio and a gas grill makes mealtime a breeze.

PARKING
Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Please park on the left side of the driveway in the east pasture. Driving is recommended; Uber and Lyft also service the area.

SECURITY
For guest and property safety, three exterior security cameras monitor driveway and entry points only. There are no interior or pool-area cameras. The neighborhood is safe, and these are for peace of mind.

• Primary guest must be 25+ years old, provide valid ID, and be present throughout the stay.
• All bookings require a completed contact form and signed rental agreement within 72 hours of reservation.
• No parties or events. Registered guests only.
• Quiet hours: 10 p.m.–8 a.m.
• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• Pets only with prior approval and fee.
• Holiday décor provided for stays in November and December.
• Use pool and hot tub at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.
