Newly renovated and thoughtfully decorated, this home sleeps up to 25 guests across 7 bedrooms and 5 baths ā€” including a private detached Studio Suite ā€” and offers the best of both worlds: peaceful countryside atmosphere and easy access to all that Fort Worth has to offer.

Enjoy relaxing nature views, a diving pool with slide, hot tub, propane fire pit, and plenty of room for everyone to gather indoors or out.

Great Room
Enter the open-concept Great Room with comfortable seating for 10 and a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for gathering. A Samsung Frame TV blends art and entertainment, while a pellet-stove fireplace makes cool Texas evenings cozy.

Second Living Area + Kitchen
Just off the kitchen, the second living area seats 6 with pool views. The well-equipped kitchen features a large island with counter seating for 4, double ovens, and everything needed to prepare meals for a crowd. Coffee lovers will find both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. A full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen for guest use.

Primary Suite
King bed + Twin daybed (both memory foam). Ensuite bath with soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanity, and spacious closet. Located just off the Great Room, this retreat features warm tones and layered textures for a calm, restorative feel.

Perfect home for a big group!

The hot tub was clean and the family enjoyed it. The pool was too cold but it is October so that is to be expected. The home was actually nicer than the pictures. It was perfect space for my family. Motherā€™s Day Gathering

This was the perfect place for my three sons and their families to come join me for Motherā€™s Day. Lots of sleeping spaces and a great pool. Even a playground if we had had little ones. The HEB in Weatherford made one stop shopping easy.

Beautiful Modern Farmhouse

My husband, teenaged kids and myself really enjoyed our stay at Funkytown Farmhouse. The house is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable visit. The expansive views from the house and patios are breathtaking. We watched the sunrise from the breakfast room/kitchen, and the sunset from the back patio. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home! We will definitely be back when we are in the Ft. Worth area again.

Funkytown Fun

Our group had a great time spending spring break at Funkytown Farmhouse. The house was a perfect fit for our large group. There were many large areas where we were able to gather for meals, socializing and games. With 7 separate sleeping areas there was also plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a little quiet time as well. The host answered all of our questions, was responsive in a timely manner and even checked in on us when we were under a tornado watch, offering suggestions to help us stay calm and safe.

Funkytown Farmhouse is Fantastic!

As a family of 17, ranging in age from 0-63, we found the perfect place in the Fort Worth area at the Funkytown Farmhouse for a family getaway! The house was beautifully decorated and met our needs perfectly! The yard was large and provided plenty of space and privacy. We had such a great time and our host was wonderful and incredibly available. We canā€™t wait to stay here again when itā€™s warmer to enjoy the pool. Beautifully Decorated Modern Farmhouse

Let me start by saying that Rachel is by far the best host I have ever encountered! Excellent communicator, personable, professional and just well-rounded! This one of a kind Farmhouse was immaculate! Being a RN, that was extremely important to me. The Bunk room was a big hit with the family! Absolutely the best! Plenty of room everywhere. Lots of towels, dishes, supplies. Basically everything we needed. The pool was clean, nice, cozy and it had a slide which the kids enjoyed. The kids also enjoyed the playground on the side of the home. Absolutely nothing was lacking in this one of kind Modern farmhouse! Perfect for a large family group. We had about 10/12 adults, 2 teens, 2 small children. Highly recommend this beautiful home!!! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
