Looking for quiet? You found it. 2 car attached garage with openers for peace and security. Come stay a while Day trip and hike the Sacramento mountains. Visit white sands national park. Close enough for daytrips. Less than 50 miles to El Paso, etc.
We welcome one dog. Plenty of room to walk. The bark park is just around the corner.
Room to park a trailer or RV just let us know what you need. Discounts available for weekly and monthly stays.
Enjoy the front and back patio. Shade in the morning and shade in the evening. Charcoal and grill available upon request.
Microwave, toaster, blender all supplied.
Pots and pans cooking utensils available.
Dishes and eating utensils for 4 guests.
Washer and dryer comes with supplies for 3 loads of laundry.
Quiet air and heat.
No smoking or vaping on premises.
failure to do so you will be asked to leave.
Failure to follow rule a fine will be imposed.
On site Manager.
Everything you need to stay a day or longer.

Wonderful Getaway

Perfect size, very comfortable 2 bedroom place. For us the location being in town with lots of open space was very enjoyable. The hosts provided the perfect amount of interface welcoming us and insuring we knew they were there if we needed anything.

Texans visiting Alamogordo

This place was perfect! I had a full service kitchen to prepare a small Thanksgiving meal for my son who is stationed at Holloman AFB and was only 15 minutes away from base. The small house was so cute, clean, had basic needed appliances and felt like home away from away home. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

Davina I am so happy you got to visit with your son and make him that home cooked meal. I too am a mother and I know how hard it must be on you to be so far away. You shared that your younger son will be enlisting in and going to Holloman in January also. Thank you and your family for the sacrifice of not only one son but two that will be in service to our country. You were a delight to have here and Please if you visit those boys again contact me. Visit to NM

The property and furnishings are excellent. The location isn't amazing, but I went there for some peace and quiet, and got exactly what I was hoping to find. Judy is a most gracious host, I was really pleased, and would certainly book again.

Quiet, clean and convenient

Our stay was as pleasant as advertised. The house was quiet, clean, spacious and convenient to the medical center, the mall, etc. Having the garage with an opener was super nice, as well. Ditto the laundry closet. The owners are also kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

2bd house

This 2bed house was perfect for our stay while we were working in Alamogordo, white sands was not far and the pistachio farm was great. The view from the house every evening and morning was great. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just be sure to clean up after your pet. Very comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect Spot

We really enjoyed our time in Alamogordo celebrating our Mom’s 90th birthday. The house was perfect for our small celebration. This house has everything you’ll need and it’s just so nice and homey. We were super comfortable, check-in and out was super easy, and the hosts were readily available if and when we needed them. We highly recommends this property and will stay there again next time we’re in town. Thank you John and Judy!

The property was exactly as promised. The owner, Judy, was there to show us the house then left us on our own for the duration of our stay. Very lovely home! The only negative was the bathroom sink and tub drains didn't drain well and the front chairs and patio could of been less dusty. They are minor issues and if we came back we would stay there again.

We have over 6 acres of surrounding property. Only 3 units and the Manager Judy lives in one. Plenty of parking. Close to walking trails and doggy park. Plus the mall, restaurants etc google the site so much to see.

solidtude. Away from the hussle and bussel yet close to all the activity. safety you will like the attached garage to park the car. We have room to park that RV trailer or off road toys. The view of the Sacramento Mountains. The wide open sky. The night time view of a quiet little town. Did I say PEACE?
