This home has been renovated to be a peaceful space for guests looking to explore Cincinnati. This home features spacious outdoor patio w/ movie projector & fire pit, Coleman Tahiti Plus 6 Person Hot Tub, modern pergola, porcelain tile bathrooms, kitchen w/ quartz countertops, 2 bedrooms, lightning fast 1 GB internet, and so much more. The home has two bedrooms on the second floor accessible by a flight of stairs and a sun room that serves as 3rd bedroom (no door to space but has two beds). Perfect for work or pleasure. In the shower by the drain drain there was a clump of hair. Was not really clean at all pretty sure the sheets were never washed.

Pictures on app were better than reality.View of city was good.Appeared some areas, rooms weren’t cleaned prior to our arrival. Refrigerator was dirty.Sheets in guest room had hair.Hot tub wasn’t appealing at all. Didn’t look clean or sanitary.A tub area in master bathroom had plywood on top of it.Canopy over yard was all messed and falling apart.Parking was available, but on a hill and had to park down the street.

There were cobwebs in the corners, hair on the floor, flies in the windows, blinds that needed repair. All of the outside furniture was covered, unable to get projector to work, parking was awful, steps to the jacuzzi was a mini death trap, walls needed repair and shower amenities were old. I left a message with the owner and never received a reply.

Great place to stay. The views of the city are amazing by day or night. Parking was interesting but not really an issue. You have to parallel park on the hill.

Super dirty. The outside area was very dirty...cigarette butts in flower boxes and on the ground. Old leaves in the patio area and stairs going to the patio. Verry apparent that this had not been cleaned the entire summer is even before that. Kitchen cabinets and drawers had spilled stuff in them. Blinds filthy. The railings on the porch and going down the stairs to the patio area were very wobbly and unsafe. It stated there was an outdoor TV, there was none. A hammock frame was on the patio, no hammock. The couch in the house was stained and filthy. We called VRBO and the host. The host offered us a refund or he would send a cleaning crew. This was more than a days worth of cleaning and it would be on our vacation time! Nope we opted for a refund which I did get on my credit card in a couple days. We went to a hotel for the night and found another VRBO that we went into the next day. And it was spotless! Run from house. I will mention that we are a group of gals 60's to 80's and have been going to homes for about 15 years. Never have we had this problem.

Disappointed

There’s a lot that was disappointing. The only thing not disappointing was the view from the upper bedroom and the check in process that is the only positive. The stairs down to the hot tub are treacherous and not safe. The hot tub was so disgusting and the whole area around the hot tub was dirty. We did not use it and that was a major draw for us to book it. the upstairs was very warm and the bathroom in the upstairs had the bathtub that was boarded over and that was another reason we chose this location. Cigarette butts all over the balcony plant holders and we do not smoke so that was offputting. The parking was doable but difficult because it’s such a slope. Stains on the furniture. The shower had hair in it. The awning is falling down and old and again just very dirty area.

The pictures look better than IRL. examples:1. The 3rd Bdrm is the sun porch with the view in the pictures. ( No separation from the living room.)2. The 1/2 bath downstairs is WAY smaller than it looks. (my knees almost hit the wall when using the toilet) 3. Made breakfast with only steak knives for cutting fruit and pans that stuck the bacon. The 2 ice trays in the freezer were the only ice we had4. Thank goodness for fans upstairs because there was almost no air conditioning5. The one and only Bthrm showed a soaking tub in the pictures, but had a wooden top over it with knobs removed so it was inaccessible.6. The most pictures on the post were of the "patio" with the hot tub, movie screen, sitting area. It hadn't been cleaned for a LONG time. Even after taking the cover off the couch, it was disgustingly dirty. You had to venture out around the side down some scary steps to get to it. I was really looking forward to sitting out there with the sunset and nite time views, but it was too icky to be out there. I didn't take any pictures because I'm not really one to post reviews, but VRBO kept prompting me. I will say it sufficed for 1 nite stay, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay there longer.

Good morning I'm a retired maintenance technician II from Glick, and I noticed some safety issues regarding the railing coming down the outside step. There was a lot of debris on the patio and pool area. The Hot Tub was not clean or sanitize.

The view is great, but comes with a price! Probably the highest point in Cincinnati! Getting down is doable, but you need an Uber/car to get backWe had a lot of very heavy rain during our stay, and the third bedroom is an add on, with a metal (?) roof. We could not hear ourselves speak, very loud rain on the roof. Sleeping was not easyAlso bathtub covered up with a piece of plywood, should have been mentioned.Overall musty smell

Great stay! The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The only time we needed the car once we arrived was for a KY visit. The kitchen had everything we needed, as did the bathrooms. Would not hesitate to stay there again

Great place with fantastic view

Very nice place with everything we needed. The place felt very clean and comfy. Perfect location just minutes from downtown with a gorgeous view of the downtown skyline. One detail that stood out from other properties we’ve stayed in was that the light switches were all labeled. I wish everyone did this! Highly recommend!!

Perfect setup for us

Had a few friends stay here with me because I flew into Cincinnati to visit old friends and the views and the setup in general was very nice. Location is great for enjoying Cincinnati and walking the whole time. Nothing like grilling with the Cinci skyline in the back.

Excellent view

The home was nice. The upstairs view of the city was unobstructed. Living room view is thru a screened window. Parking was a crunch so be prepared to walk up/down a steep hill. The hot tub area was unusable as we were uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness. We did however love the location. Very close to UC hospital. Very convenient. We were unaware that the price listed was for 2 people and there is an additional fee for each person over 2.

Cincy Girls Night

Honestly, I was very disappointed. The description and photos did not match the stay. There is truly just one full and one 1/2 baths. To get to the porch/hot tub, you have to go outside the house and down some pretty dangerous steps. The one shower was not clean and we decided not to use it because of the dead bugs laying in the floor. The metal roof made it hard to sleep because of the rain and the loudness of the sound. Also the neighborhood did not seem very safe so we were unable to walk anywhere. (Not to mention it was on top of a huge hill.) On the bright side, the view was awesome.
