The view from this home was absolutely spectacular. We had our whole family there and it was very spacious and nice. The host was very quick to respond to any questions or needs we had.

Great house in a beautiful location. It's relatively remote, which is what we wanted. But it's only a quick drive into Grand Lake, which is a cute little town. The house had everything we needed for a stay with multiple families. Can't beat that view from the deck or hot tub!

We had a great stay at this property, the house is enormous and very welcoming. Also our property manager was available all time for any questions!

Gorgeous House with everything a large group needs!

Spacious, beautiful home with a beautiful deck and fun hot tub with nice views. We really enjoyed our stay and any questions/issues that arose were quickly addressed. Would absolutely come back.

Stunning views

Stunning views! The home was wonderful for our family. It is well built and insulated from sounds so we all slept great. Just 15 min from downtown Grand Lake where we enjoyed dinners, played on the beach and rented a boat.

Amazing location for small wedding!

We held our very small wedding here and it was an amazing location and stay! The views from this rental are unmatched, the management company was very responsive and helpful, and it was a great place to have our ceremony and for us and our friends to stay for the weekend. Would highly recommend!

Sunset Ridge Christmas Vacation

Our family of nineteen members really enjoyed our Christmas experience at Sunset Ridge. The grandkids had a great time sledding. The house is tastefully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked.

Very Nice Stay

Our family teunion at lake view lodge was wonderful. Beautiful views and comfortable house. Just what we were looking for. The shared bathrooms are a little small but the in suite are very spacious. Property manager communication and service was great. Delivered a new keurig coffee maker promptly when we had trouble. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Nice place but a little run down with broken lamps, mold in the ice maker, ripped curtains and outlets that don’t not work. It would be amazing if they maintained.

The home is beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. The master bathroom was large. The other bathrooms were small but adequate for a short stay. The loft in the master bedroom has 2 double beds. Keep that in mind when planning sleeping arrangements The hot tub was nice and the outdoor deck was amazing with wonderful views. We brought extra baby gates for a toddler and we were glad we did. We suggest expandable as the openings are not standard door frames.

2025 Family vacation

This is a very nice house, situated on a hill overlooking Grand Lake. The setting is remote but there is access to grocery stores and activities nearby. We were a group of 7 adults and 4 children. We had ample space. The house uses well water so we were asked not to use the tubs. The water pressure was disappointing but understandable considering the plumbing and water access.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. We were told to bring drinking water which we bought often since we cooked with it as well.During the day, the winds were extremely strong. When we were away during the day, we came home to the doors blown open in the lower bedroom. Make sure you are instructed on how to properly lock the doors. The deadbolts alone are not adequate by themselves to keep the doors closed.In spite of the plumbing issues, we had a lovely week long family reunion. The view from the deck is spectacular.

Best view of all properties I looked at. Convenient location between Grand Lake and Granby. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Loved the great room, all 14 of us could enjoy being together. The view from large windows amazing. Well stocked kitchen, but…There was some maintenance issues, small appliances That did not work. Eg. 3 coffee makers, only one worked. Host was very responsive to my texts. .
