New luxury renovated house with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dock, laundry space, fireplace, bar area, and BBQ

This large house has a modern architecture with bright LED lights and stylish interior decor. Upon entering the house, you will be greeted with a direct view of the lake calling you. The panoramic windows allows plenty of sunshine for you to soak up the beautiful views of the lake and perfect for watching the sun rise and set! A bay window gives a warm view of the neighborhood and a nice separate area for business travelers.

The common areas, kitchen and dining areas are all connected. There are two open common area spaces where you can hang out and play games (board games included). Both areas have wide windows to allow lots of sunlight. One common area has a fireplace were you can enjoy a good book or games with friends and family (Premium bluetooth speakers are equipped in this room). During the day you can also sit by the window and bask under the sun. This area opens to the main dining area which leads the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials including a fridge, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven. There are smoked fish boards for any of your catches and even a popcorn machine! So make some and enjoy a cozy movie night in our main common area which has a smart TV with cable. Or celebrate a birthday BBQ with the large entertainment deck and yard.

For water activities, we have one pedal boat (5 seat - max 530 pounds), 1 kids kayak (max 130 pounds), 1 adult kayak (max 220 pounds), and some floaties for guest to use. Please leave pedal boat and kayaks on dock before check out.

The patio is equipped with outdoor seating, BBQ grill and bar area. Swimming in the lake, paddle boarding or fishing (big mouth bass, cat fish, blue gills and stripe bass)! We also do not include fishing gear so remember to bring your own equipment if you plan on fishing.

**NOTE: WE ARE LOCATED INSIDE AN ENCLOSED LAKE. WE DO NOT HAVE ACESS TO DELTA WATER OR BOAT LAUCH. HOWEVER THE DISCOVERY BAY YACHT HARBOR IS ABOUT 2 MINUTES AWAY WITH ACCESS TO DELTA WATER AND BOAT LAUNCH.**

The master has a king bed, full wall mirror closet, a bathroom with double vanity sinks and standing shower with toilet. There is also an open walk in closet space and bedroom has a direct view of the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a closet. The third bedroom has a full bunk bed with a closet. The fourth bedroom consist of a trundle with two single beds (second bed can be pulled out from under). Community bathroom has a bathtub, bidet toilet and double vanity sinks. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner body wash and towels for our guests. All bedrooms have brand new beds, high thread count linens and pillows.

House is equipped with central AC and heat, WIFI, USB outlets are located in all the rooms for you to charge your electronic devices. There is also a laundry area with front loading newer washer and dryer. The garage is big enough to fit two vehicles. There is free parking on premises and on the driveway and street.

We have our Airbnb professionally cleaned and are in compliance with Airbnb covid policies. We also have keyless and contactless entry systems.

Safeway is only less then a mile away, with other eateries in Brentwood, cherry and fruit picking in the Summers. 15 minutes gets you to your favorite places like In-N-out and Chipotle and Target. There`s even a Tesla Supercharger there. Many dive bars and hang out places in the summer for some water fun. Gas station is also in the same shopping center as Safeway, with sushi, breakfast restaurants and others. The Pier is right by the house as well to walk around, shop and eat.

Parking is plentiful with garage and driveway parking and plenty of street parking.

Please bring your own equipment for water activities. Note: no gas powered boats allowed on the lake.
