Perfect for a family or several couples, this home has 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed complete with a memory foam mattress. The living area on the 1st floor is large and flanked by a gas fireplace and cozy seating area. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a gas stove and dishwasher. The 2nd floor bathroom was recently remodeled and has a beautiful quartz countertop vanity.

- All bedrooms have Queen beds. One bedroom also includes a TV and dedicated workspace.
- Kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, bakeware, and small appliances
- The living room has seating for the entire family, including at the game table in front of the cozy gas fireplace
- Toys and books for young children are located inside the storage cabinet in the living room
- All TVs have built-in Roku for streaming your favorite shows
- High speed internet for streaming or working from home.
- Washer and dryer located in basement. Detergent provided.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in refillable containers to do our part to help the environment. Guests are welcome to supply their own toiletries if desired.
- Laundry pods and dryer sheets.
- Coffee, creamer, and sugar are available; however, we highly recommend you check out local coffee shops Tempest Coffee Collective or Copper Rock Coffee Company while you are in town.

This house is in a family neighborhood so noise level must be kept to minimum. We also stay here often with our own children when we are visiting family in town. If you are looking for a party home or are disrespectful to other people’s property, this is not the right place for you.
