This stunning villa will make for a memorable vacation. Unique cedar throughout brings the outdoors indoor. There is plenty of space to relax both in and out. A huge sun shelf lets you lounge all day at the pool. Sit on the dock and watch dolphin frolic. When the sun goes down, share stories around the huge built-in fire-pit. Just a 2-minute walk to the sugar sand beach or take the included 6-passenger golf cart. Basketball at Brown Park is 3 doors down. Tesla/EV Charger!

Hard to beat the beautiful backyard view. We appreciated a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of seating for our larger family. Could use some minor repairs but generally a nice place.

Great location! The property itself could not have been better for our group. Some would be in the pool while other hung out and fished from the dock. When the sun went down it was time to hang at the fire pit! Will absolutely stay here again next time we are in town.

Not only was the house incredibly stocked with personal and functional items…the most notable was Tom’s responsiveness!All requests were met promptly..A wonderful family celebration was had by all!

Kitchen was short utensils and sauté pans. Nice property though. Bed we slept in was lumpy and soft. I don’t think quality was a priority when furnishing bedrooms.

We had our annual girls trip here and it was amazing! Beautiful well kept home andTom was amazing at communication and follow up. There was 11 of us and were all very comfortable. We brought additional paddle boards and were able to get out in the water and see some sea life. Very relaxing and great area!

Great house for Families

Very nice house great for families the golf cart is a fun thing to have come with the house rental. Pool and dock are great areas to spend time.

Girls Trip 2025

House was perfect! There were six of us staying to celebrate our friends 55 birthday, and the accommodations exceeded our expectation! Totally recommend, the house was comfortable and met all of our needs… the pool area was the best!

The property was everything as advertised and much more. We were so happy when we looked through it and found we would all be comfortable with our surroundings. And then we looked outside at the deck, pool, and boat landing. It is a very cozy wonderful place. We recommend!!

The trip was great. Beautiful area. Only drawback was upstairs bedroom with out the bathroom. Was accommodating to couple staying in the other bedroom.

Wonderful weekend

We were in Florida for a wedding. The house was great for our family group. Just a short golf cart ride away from the beautiful beach. The manager was very informative and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Family getaway

The property was beautiful. We loved the dock and seeing the dolphins. Loved having the pool. The teenage girls loved the lounge chairs. Beautiful interior. Had an issue with one of the kayaks and Tom took care of right away. Would stay again!

This was the perfect setting for flying our family in to spend time together! There were 5 beautiful bedrooms as well a 4 baths. The kitchen had all of the appliances we needed. It was really hot outside but so comfortable in the house. The master bedroom had a balcony with it where I drank my coffee during the morning hours. We played in the pool, went to the beach, enjoyed the local restaurants, a roof top bar nearby in Clearwater and went shopping at John’s Pass Madeira Beach! This was an AWESOME vacation hands down. Perfect!

This home was so beautiful, relaxing, clean, well organized, and within walking distance to the ocean. We enjoyed the pool, talking around the fire pit, kayaking, and fishing from the dock. So many delicious restaurants close by to enjoy although the kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and serving pieces you would need to cook. Highly recommend!

The best stocked kitchen I have stayed at! Two washers and dryers made laundry quick! Golf cart was amazing to have easy beach access. Pool was clean and heated. Lots of towels and blankets. Thank you!

Fabulous Home

This home was so spacious and close to everything. The pool area was gorgeous and like a resort. We loved that the pool was heated. The golf cart was so fun to explore in. We had an amazing sping break in Indian Rocks beach. The only thing we would like to have had was a standard charcoal grill.

Our family moved to Indian Rocks Beach in 2014 and absolutely love it. We enjoy anything on the water: fishing, scuba diving, wake surfing and wake boarding

We live in the neighborhood and love this beautiful property. Whether enjoying it as a family or for a night out with adults, the venue is perfect, with the beach just a blocks away. There is a great selection of restaurants and bars all very close by. Having the 6-passenger golf cart, heated pool and dock is a total plus. It's the perfect vacation for everyone! You can also schedule fishing charters and sunset cruises on location.

We try to offer early check‑ins and late checkouts when our turnover schedule allows.

We can confirm them within three days of arrival/departure.

You can always drop your bags at 11 a.m. and take the golf cart to explore Indian Rocks Beach while we finish up.

This 5-bedroom 4-bath house is unique in the vacation rental space. It comes equipped with a built-in bunk room for kids and is perfect for large groups or multiple families.
