EAGLE'S NEST SUITE property is nestled in beautiful rainforest. Perfectly located in between the town and surf beaches, making either direction a quick trip. The suite is fully furnished and has an open concept design, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining area where you can have an intimate meal for 2. The living room is bright with panoramic forest views and has a large sectional couch which is the perfect spot to relax on at the end of an adventure packed day. The master bedroom has a queen size bed that is situated beside a window which offers a stunning forest views. There is a 3 piece bathroom has a standup shower. Guests will have access to a private waterfront area (which is a short 2-4 min walk) where they will be able to take in the Inlet views and some spectacular sunrises!

Please note: The suite is adjacent to the main house (side by side)where a long term tenant lives. The suite and main house are separated by a boardwalk.

Guest have private access to the suite which has a separate entrance in the back. It is also located close to the Multi-Use-Path for walking and biking, the pathway goes from Tofino all the way to Ucluelet for the biking enthusiasts. You can follow the bike path into the heart of Downtown Tofino.
Tofino Brewery is on Industrial way, right across the highway from the rental. This where you'll find locals hanging out enjoying a pint with a great atmosphere. There is also a pizza shop named 'Soul' on Industrial way for a quick and delicious take home option.

With its convenient location and beautiful views, Eagle's Nest is the perfect place to enjoy a tranquil getaway.

Just a heads-up: this unit does not have a washer or dryer. However, there is a local laundromat in town that you’re welcome to use.


Host Rules:
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.

Age min: must be 21 years or older to book.

Max Occupancy: This is cozy studio perfect for 2 people and we can not accommodate additional guests.

During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.

3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.

Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws The main house and the VR suite are side by side and are separated by a boardwalk.

Pet Policy: Sorry no pets allowed!

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!

Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus any pesky booking platform fees). If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
