Positioned near the Sunrise Chair lift, it promises unmatched proximity for your skiing adventures. You can easily walk there in less than 5 minutes.

Featuring five luxurious bedrooms, just under 3000 sq feet this property boasts high-quality finishes, plush linens, and a PlayStation 5 for the kids. Managed privately, it ensures dedicated customer service, with the added benefit of being close to the Pendry for après ski and various dining options at Canyons Village. Privately Managed you can expect round-the-clock attention and assistance to arrange everything from groceries to private chefs.

Ski access is a breeze, either via a short walk to the Sunrise lift or through the complimentary CANYONS CONNECT shuttle, which conveniently transports guests to and from the property. After a day of activities, relax by the fireplace or enjoy the picturesque mountain views from the deck in the hot tub. The home features a gourmet kitchen, a new Traeger grill, and a private hot tub, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends.

Important car information:
It is recommended to get a shuttle to the house from the airport (ask us for recommendations), utilize grocery delivery services, and local shuttle services for around town. The garage will only fit one standard size car or possibly two small vehicles.

The layout includes 4 levels—complete with a garage, mud room, hot tub, and unique bedroom arrangements to accommodate up to 12 guests. Every room has its own private bathroom, ensuring ultimate comfort and privacy.

Incredible Stay in the Mountains

This is an amazing development in the heart of the Canyons. The unit is absolutely gorgeous and a short 10 minute walk to the lifts. You can also order an easy van to get you. The management team here is A+. Rebecca was very helpful on all things, including when the power went out in the area for a few hours.

Great Location for Families!

The property was great and definitely met our expectations. We had two children under the age of 10, as well as 2 teenagers and everyone enjoyed the property. It was also easy to walk (approx 10 min) from the house to canyons village for ski lessons etc. The hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes and everything in the home was well organized. Rebecca and her team made the check in process seamless and was very helpful throughout our stay with tips on restaurants, etc. Would definitely consider staying at the place again.

Perfect ski vacation with the family

As soon as I booked this propert Rebecca was communicating with me about every detail. She assured that we would have everything we needed plus more. I felt safe and very excited about the trip knowing that Rebecca was so knowledgeable about the area. The best advice she gave me was about the FREE shuttle which worked perfectly for skiing and for dining out. I will definitely be using this property again!

Very Nice Townhouse 5 min walk to Canyon Village

The property was brand new and very high end. All of the furniture and appliances were top notch. I might even go to say it might be too nice if you have young kids. We were worried about messing it up / breaking things. It's very close walk to Canyon Village. I think it's ski-in but we couldn't find the trail to get to the unit. You have to walk a a short distance to the lifts though. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. It was a great stay overall. The only problem was our passenger van didn't fit in the garage but that's my fault for not reading the listing thoroughly enough.

Best Townhouse Ever

This is by far the best rental we have ever had the privilege to rent. The townhouse is beautiful, very clean and the location is excellent. There were plenty of towels for the bathroom as well as a large supply for hot tub use. Bathrooms were well stocked with paper products, large shampoo bottles and electric hair appliances. We loved the kitchen which had everything you could possibly need. We had a private chef who loved the space and commented on how well stocked it was.The owners are clearly very organized and keep their home in impeccable order. I really like the 4 levels with bedrooms and bathrooms located on each level providing space for everyone to get away when the need arises. Definitely will rent again if we have the opportunity to visit Park City in the future. The agent, Rebecca, was the best. She was very responsive, over the top helpful and checked on us several times during our stay. I wish all agents were as concerned about their guests vacation experience. Absolutely a 5 star accommodation.

Amazing time in Park City

We had the best time in Park City. The house in which we stayed was amazing. Perfect location and amazing conveniences I have not had in any other place we have rented. The place is new and perfectly appointed. Rebecca is an AMAZING host. We have rented a different house from her in Park City a few years ago. She always goes above and beyond to meet every need and ensure we have a great time. We will definitely be back to this property and we would rent from Rebecca again in a second. Thank you Rebecca!!

The owners of this property have outdone themselves with design and Decore. It is beautiful, has amazing ski access during the winter. The summertime is wonderful too with bike trails right out the back door. I hold each property I manage to a high standard and this property meets and exceeds that. You will love this property.
