HOUSE RULES
• No pets are allowed.
• No smoking in the house.
• No parties are allowed.
• Parking is available on the driveway for 2 cars & street parkings. Please respect our neighbors & do not block their driveway at any time.
• Please note that the doorbell camera in the front is to ensure our property security & your safety. No cameras inside the house for your privacy. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
• Check-in instruction will be provided with door code before your arrival..


ESSENTIALS FOR YOUR STAY
• First-aid kit can be found in the pantry.
• Fire distinguisher can be found in the pantry.
• Coffee & cooking essentials are provided on a complimentary basis. You can find them in the drawers.
• Trash bags, dish soap & dishwasher pods can be found under the sink.
• If needed, brooms & mops can be found in the laundry room. Laundry detergent is also provided.
• Please let us know if something is broken/not working or missing. We'll be happy to accommodate you during the stay at any time.
