Laundry baskets, hangers, soaps, USB outlets, steamer, hair blow dryers, makeup wipes, first aid kit etc etc! Your dogs are welcome to their own bowls, bed, toys, couch blanket and fully fenced in back yard! You’ll love the classic Florid- sun room stocked with comfy furniture, board games and a vintage shuffleboard! The kitchen is brand spanking new and stocked for all your cooking and dining needs. Enjoy the WiFi connected TV , listen to tunes on the Bluetooth speaker or delve into the mini library. Feel free to add to the collection!

The outdoor patio is now complete and ready for your enjoyment. Couches, chairs, a propane fire pit and ambient twinkle lights will make your night in perfect. Chair cushions are located in an outdoor cupboard. The small private fully fenced yard is yours to roam as well as the larger partially fenced back yard which is shared with the owner. Please do NOT leave dogs unattended in the larger back yard, it is NOT dog proof.

I love working on this home from within the private access studio which shares a wall with the rental unit. I’ll be adding new art pieces and amenities so look for upgrades and changes ! There’s still some tweaks to be made so pardon me while I build new doors and shelves! Owner access to studio is limited to normal business hours and weekends.
