Steps from the beach, newly renovated, very clean, great reviews, 3 bedrooms 2 baths. Wonderful beach, great view. Close to Sea Pines resort and other attractions where you can walk or rent a bike and go for a joy ride up the beach. Full size washer and dryer for your conveniences. Reviews are not uploaded to owner currently but hopefully soon!
Attention and detail to furnishings to provide you and your family the wonderful experience you deserve.

Great Location- Will stay again!

This beach house has a perfect location—just a short walk to both the beach and the pool. Our toddlers had a blast in the lazy river connected to the pool, while we parents enjoyed relaxing at the poolside bar and grill. The house itself was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and exceptionally clean. Every detail felt carefully considered, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Very easy and quick communication with the owner, as well! Can’t beat it!

Great Location

This property is in a great location on Hilton Head with easy access to the beach and a quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Gail was a fantastic host that was great at communicating and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

Great Spot, Great hosts!

Fantastic spot right off the beach, 2 minute walk from the door to the sand. Clean and updated, will be staying here again!

Great stay and great owners

We had a great week staying at this property. We enjoyed all of the amenities, location, Marriott access. Owners were great to work with and very helpful. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Phenomenal place just off the beach!

Absolutely wonderful place! Just off the beach but yet secluded and quiet. Hosts were very gracious and always available if we needed anything. The entire place was very tidy and clean, and we took advantage of the free access to the Marriott pool and hot tubs next door. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home! Newly renovated, the house was immaculate. Location is few steps to the beach, close to area activities & shopping. Loved access to the Marriott next door. Gail was so kind, welcoming, & a pleasure to communicate with.

Great rental and fantastic hosts

I can't say enough about our week in this unit. The hosts communicated great, and the home was even nicer than we expected. The location was perfect and having access to the Marriott facilities was an added bonus. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful Family Stay on HHI

The property was perfect for our little family! We were just steps from the beach, and we took full advantage of the Marriott amenities next door! The owners were lovely to work with and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay! We will definitely be back!

Top Notch, New, Clean and PERFECT location

Brand new inside and a short walk to beach. Pool access and close to everything. This was a perfect stay with all of the details taken care of for our 5 person family. The hosts were gracious and lovely. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Overall great place to stay! This was our third year staying there and the place keeps getting better! Gail is so kind. Everything is at your fingertips plus you have this cozy private place to escape to. Absolutely love it.

Perfect beach getaway — clean, quiet, and incredibly well-located

We had such a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described...clean, updated, and stocked with everything we needed.The location is truly unbeatable. It’s just a short walk to the beach. The area is quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to bike to restaurants, shops, and Coligny Plaza.One of the best parts was having access to the Marriott pool and hot tubs. It felt like having a resort experience with the privacy of a condo. We also really appreciated how easy everything was, from check-in to communication with the host. Gail was incredibly responsive and kind, and made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish.This place is exactly what we were hoping for, comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend.

Short Walk to the Beach

We spent the month of March at this lovely vacation rental. Gail and Michael are wonderful hosts and a great source of local knowledge for information on restaurants and attractions. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The unit is quiet and was well kept and clean. Michael and Gail went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Michael even replaced the TV when the remote wouldn't work properly. We highly recommend this rental property!

Great family vacation

Excellent location. A minute from the beach and right across the street from a hotel pool. My kids loved going between the two. The house is clean and comfortable. It’s our second time in this house and we plan to return next year!

Wonderful!

My mom, husband, sister and I stayed for a long weekend and it was wonderful! Very clean and a very short walk to the beach from the patio. It had convenient parking, good appliances and small amenities (e.g. small soaps, laundry detergent, etc...) that were very much appreciated. The owner was extremely friendly and accomodating - would recommend!

Perfect location

Amazing Birthday trip! The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. We all felt like we were at home. The high end appliances made our kitchen experience above board. What a relaxing vacation without any drama. We will definitely come back to this property!
