This apartment is located in the historic Point Breeze neighborhood in Pittsburgh. This is an absolutely lovely neighborhood for anyone who values diversity. It is a short walk to Frick Park, steps from the new technology hub Rockwell Park, a 10-minute walk to Bakery Square. If you enjoy crafts or upcycling furniture etc. hit up the Center for Creative Re-use and Construction Junction both across the street from the apartment.
You'll also be able to drive downtown in 15 minutes, or drive to Monroeville in about 15 minutes as well.
Me and my partner live on the first floor of this apartment because it is one of our favorite neighborhoods in all of Pittsburgh. I know anyone from this area will not hesitate to book. For those not from the area I would like to note that despite this being in an expensive middle-class neighborhood, there is a vacant house for sale behind the apartment building. This has sat vacant for several years due to poor decisions by various investors who have bought the place trying to make a lot of money on this prime real estate. I only mention this so that potential guests not from this area are not alarmed or feel unsafe in any way when seeing it. For your piece of mind, this apartment is on Thomas Boulevard in Point Breeze. Please use a maps program to virtually walk around the neighborhood and see the gorgeous tree lined street prior to booking.
