It is located off the 17 miles drive, inside gated Pebble Beach golf community, and a 8 minutes walk to Spanish Bay, sand beaches, tidal pools and rugged coasts. It is 3 miles away from Carmel, 5 miles away from Monterey's Fisherman's Wharf, and 2 miles away from Asilomar in Pacific grove.

A beautifully landscaped garden with umbrellaed patio offers a tranquil spot for entertaining or relaxing to the soothing sound of ocean waves. Inside, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and quality stainless-steel appliances opens into the living and dining area, ideal for entertaining. The comfortably furnished living room accented with a wood-burning fireplace is ideal for quiet reading or family gathering. All bedrooms are beautifully done, with quality beds and bedding. The tastefully designed bathrooms include granite counter tops and glass-enclosed natural-stone showers.
