This charming, refurbished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with courtyard entrance is located in the Historic District within easy walking distance to town and beach. It offers an open floor plan with 2,100+ square feet, all at ground level, painted wood floors, vaulted ceiling in main living area on a completely fenced corner lot on a quiet street. Large front porch features both a casual seating area for reading or cocktails, and a dining area. Incredibly comfortable interior funishings, 1 queen and two twin beds. Both bathrooms completely refurbished in 2021. The cottage is well stocked with white hotel quality towels and new linens, blankets, and pillows and beach towels. House sleeps four in beds.

Kitchen is equipped with Wolfgang Puck pots and pans and every handy gadget. Outdoor round dining set on the porch seats four or more guests. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer and brand new Oreck vacuum cleaner makes quick clean-ups easy. Professional cleaning service is available on a weekly basis at additional cost. Tenants for longer than two week rentals are required to use this bi-weekly cleaning service. That’s how we keep this house sparkling clean for our guests. Secure high speed internet and Xfinity cable will keep you connected to the outside world or you can go "off grid" and enjoy the solitude.

Courtyard offers two distinct outdoor eating areas and lounge chairs for private sunbathing. Enjoy meals under the patio umbrella while you enjoy the quiet of our secluded area of the Village.

Whether you are new to Boca Grande or have been returning for years, this charming cottage is an ideal vacation spot for couples or small families. Park your car and walk, bike or golf cart to town, the Gasparilla Inn, the Community Center, or the pristine beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The cottage comes with Class D parking permits which allow you to park your car or golf cart in all permit restricted areas on the island for an unlimited amount of time.
