This home comfortably accommodates up to 3 vehicles in its designated spaces, with an 8-foot clearance to keep in mind, and there are great overflow options just to the west for any extra cars, including the public parking at Russell-Fields Pier and Pier Park, plus several nearby city and county beach access lots. The Bay Town Trolley also runs right along Front Beach Rd, which many larger groups find convenient. We're always happy to help guests map out parking ahead of arrival so everyone gets settled easily. We also appreciate you mentioning the hot water, and we've shared it with our maintenance team and the owner so it can be looked into.
