Inside this contemporary home you'll find an open air-conditioned living space and dining area with all new furnishings. The contemporary living room is centrally located to all three bedrooms and the fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a leather sectional couch with soft pillows and a cozy blanket to snuggle up at night and watch your favorite shows on a brand-new 4K HD flatscreen 75" Samsung Smart TV and a wall-mounted, temperature-controlled fireplace. You will have direct access to the private heated swimming pool through the double sliding glass doors from the living room, kitchen area and master bedroom. Adjacent to the pool is a large storage bin with many inflatable pool toys and floats for both children and adults. In this area are 4 lounge chairs for sunning. In the evening, you can plug in the lights to enjoy the mood lighting above the lounge chairs. The heated pool is also equipped with lighting that
changes colors to suit your mood! The pool deck has two other large, comfortable chairs that open up to recliners. Inside the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cabinet and countertop space. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you will need for cooking breakfast, lunch or a full dinner. Included is a fully stocked spice rack and all the necessary kitchen tools, utensils and pots and pans you will need. Enjoy the extended countertop area with comfortable seating while socializing with your friends and family or preparing your favorite meals!
The kitchen is also equipped with a variety of beverage and wine glasses, matching dinner and salad plates, coffee mugs, utensils and steak knives. Additionally, you will find a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, sugar and sweeteners, a variety of flavored creamers and half-and-half to enjoy that perfect cup of coffee each morning! When you are ready to head off to bed you can choose from three bedrooms. A king suite with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom and double sliding glass doors leading to the private heated pool and backyard. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, a closet for your folded and hanging clothing and a 55" Samsung Smart TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a closet for hanging and folded clothing and a 50" Visio Smart TV. All bedrooms have remote controls for the lighting, ceiling fans and televisions.
