Cowboy Couture at Ritchie’s Residence of Kensington
The Residences of Kensington are the crown jewel in our array of housing offerings. These two-bedroom one bath units feature a waterfall granite island with four designer stools, a large executive 78″ built in modern fireplace with 65″ built in television, and a full stainless steel high-end appliance upgrade.
The Cowboy Couture unit is extra special with tons of western touches done in a modern way, with nordic storm quartz countertops, black hexagon tile backsplash and a gorgeous built-in marble 72″ fireplace and 65″ TV.
Each unit comes with a garage, not attached, and free laundry access in the building (not in the individual units). In addition to the garage there is a second parking space available for each apartment.
Bathrooms have tub/shower and large 48″ vanity, many with granite or quartz updates and new shower doors and updated fixtures.
The two bedrooms feature closets and 50″ TVs with one king bed per unit and the second bedroom typically having a queen bed or a pair of extra-long twin beds. Cowboy Couture specifically currently has a queen bed set up in the second bedroom as pictured.
The furnishing appointments can be defined as executive upgraded with nicer large sectionals, abundant pillows, blankets, nice new mattresses that have been highly reviewed, and a kitchen with extra stock to include everything from your small appliances (toaster/coffee maker/blender/griddle) to extra wine glasses, pots and pans, big spoon drawer items etc.
Featured photos of this listing is our Cowboy Couture unit. We are releasing new units every few weeks each with varied design themes at the Kensington site, each with similar layouts and appointments. We also have the Lavish Lion, the Urban Pelican and Cowchella (completed June and July 2022). The Celestial Suite, the Peacock Penthouse and Appleton Atlantis will be released during the month of August 2022 all equally appointed. Eight additional units will be released throughout the fall.
Clients should be aware that we have light construction going on in some of the units. This light construction includes updating tile and flooring replacement in last remaining units awaiting updates. (The 610 building has only one-unit remaining updates as of September 2022. If you don’t work on a day shift please feel free to inquire more about the construction status at these units and if they will be a fit for you.

The Cowboy Couture Unit is located on the second floor of an eight-unit corporate housing building. Laundry is in building and free of use. Cable and WiFi and all utilities are included. In addition to a garage there is an off-street parking space for each unit. This is a nice neighborhood in walking distance from restaurants.
