This spacious, stately, two story home has a large unfenced yard backing up to neighborhood common area featuring streams, ponds, and walking paths. Take a stroll year round to enjoy the 4 gorgeous seasons experienced in the Treasure Valley. Beautiful foliage can be seen out almost every window. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms featuring a King bed, Queen bed, Full bed, two Twin beds, and 2 Twin size floor mattresses, sleeping 10 total. The main floor has plenty of space to gather and enjoy the company of family and friends in the living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook, and family room plus when the season is right, there is also a patio table and Adirondack chairs! The kitchen boasts two ovens making it perfect for big family meals especially for the holidays. The City of Eagle host events and markets throughout the year plus there are many delicious restaurants and outdoor activities nearby including parks and the Greenbelt.

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. No smoking and no pets - minimum $250 fine. Please be aware that the jets for the Primary bathroom bath tub are non-functional. The garage is tandem bay which means it fits 4 cars behind the double garage door - the owner has1 car parked and covered in the back right of the garage and therefore the garage will only fit 3 guest cars (2 of which will have to park one in front of the other).
