This beautiful two-bedroom home is located in Shorepine Village amongst pine trees, trails, and beach grass. Explore this beautiful village on bikes that are available in the garage, or spend the day combing the beaches for treasures that have washed up in the tide! Getaway features a two-sided gas fireplace, and fully outfitted kitchen. Directly out the back door of this home, you can walk down the paved trail to the dune ramp where you have access to miles of sandy Oregon Coast beach. Come see what adventures await you at Getaway!

This stylish and spacious two-bedroom home is ideal for family gatherings or even just a quick escape to the beautiful town of Pacific City. The cozy two-sided gas fireplace is the perfect place to relax, play board games, or feast on a delicious meal. A fully outfitted kitchen ensures that you have all that you need, or order food to go from one of the many nearby restaurants. Head out the door and walk to your private beach access, unique to Shorepine Village. This section of the beach is quieter than the public beach access at Cape Kiwanda. The private detached garage is a perfect place for storing surf gear or use the provided bikes to ride the paved walking and biking trails in Shorepine Village.

Shred the Coast! Just minutes away, the Pacific City Skatepark offers world-class fun for all ages. Designed by the famous Dreamland crew, this concrete playground features a unique "Dory Boat" bowl—a nod to our local fishing heritage. Pack the skateboards and let the kids burn off some energy with a view of the dunes!

This was a great and convenient base from which to enjoy Pacific City. (To get the shower to work pull down on the knob below the bathtub faucet - it did take us a while to figure that out!)

The property was great for a family - good amount of space, kitchen and dining for eating a few meals in, and nice bedroom set up for a family. It was just a short walk on a trail lead to the beach, so no road crossing and the kids could navigate their way back and forth easily. Very comfortable and relaxing!

Great place for kiddos!

Love the cozy feel and how well kept it is. Super clean and comfy for children of all ages. Definitely will stay here again.

Spacious house and pretty clean with the exception of a few dark corners. Lots of windows to have sunlight and fresh air, though no black out curtains (my kids awoke early as a result). Cooking on the stove was limited and the Teflon pans were scratched up so I would bring my own next time to avoid the chemical leeching. Shower heads weren't great as they tend to spray around your body rather than on it and if you try to adjust, it's a pressure washer and lower tub doesn't seal the drain for a bath. Lots of road noise off the highway, but still relatively peaceful. Lots of porch space with a couple of chairs available and walk to the beach is super-easy. The laundry machines were a great amenity, though be aware that the dryer is very loud and persistent when it sounds its completion and there is no way to turn that off that I could find. Encouraged multiple times to email instead of giving a less than five-star review, I did and never got a response to my couple of questions. The stay was really great, but there were these minor annoyances to deal with. I would stay here again, given the opportunity and knowledge of these expectations.

Great beach house

Comfortable, great house, loved the layout! Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, we used the BBQ and really enjoyed our stay! We have two children who enjoyed the downstairs bedroom😊

Spring Break trip

Took a quick trip for Spring Break with the kids. House was great! Comfortable for the 5 of us. We couldn’t get the fireplace to work so that was a bummer but overall, property was great. Short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Location, location, location

Perfect spot with really nice trails. Was there for a wedding and other family and friends were in other houses within walking distance and also walking distance to the venue. It was really nice to be able to walk the trails instead of driving for get togethers.

Excellent house by the beach

Property was as described, clean, and perfect for us. Not mentioned in the listing, there are some sand toys in the garage. The only negative is the master bedroom faces the main road, so there was some road noise, but not terrible. The second bedroom faces the other direction and is very quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This place is great!

Just can't say enough about the thoughtfulness put into preparing for their guests. The place was well stocked with supplies, plenty for cooking, plenty of towels, soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. They even had games if you needed it. I loved riding the beach cruisers with the family. The kids enjoyed the boogie boars. The only request I have is to upgrade the shower heads. They just kind of spit on you and have no other settings. I loved the location right next to the beach, a short walk to town, and a short drive to plenty of places to eat, hikes, activities, even golfing. I'm pretty tough to satisfy. So just really happy that this place made our vacation perfect.

Just as described

Neat, close to the beach, and everything was just like the description. Be ready for a serious dune climb going to/from the beach. Easy for us (we’re active) but we saw middle aged folks hauling grandma and grandpa up the dune a few times — looked rough. Bikes are well maintained and worked great. Doors lack screens so things (a bat in our case) can get in that way, just have to be mindful and it’s fine. We would totally stay here again!

Great Oregon Coast Place

Nice place for a long weekend getaway. Very Cozy. Love the fireplace. Kitchen was well set up, and the house was everything we hoped for. The trails and beach were very close and very enjoyable - even with fall rains setting in. Nice neighborhood trails to stroll, or head to the beach for. The public beach is $10 for parking (and packed), so nice that everything was truly in pretty much walking distance. Note the review about the steep Dunes behind the neighborhood - the reviewer is right. But, the boardwalk from the trail up the dune is convenient and nice, and the view from the top is spectacular!! Just plan to walk down and around a little to avoid the climb back up... This is close to many things and an easy run for take out or food. The local take out is decent, but try the Neskowin RV Market about 10 miles south for good picnic/deli stuff. Much better than the local one. We even had a morning visit by a deer - very nice.

Getaway was great!

Only thing missing was a night side table and reading lamp in the smaller bedroom. Otherwise, the place was great.

Shore Pines stay

Very nice place to stay. The only negative was walking up the sand dune back to the condo from the beach, it is steep, better to walk around but takes longer
