Luxurious Resort 2 Bedroom Suite w/ Private Plunge Pool on balcony (Grand Mayan)

The Grand Mayan Suite is a luxurious experience that provides a full sized kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable common area with two pull-out sofas , a vast balcony suited with a private plunge pool, a large master bedroom with a pull-out sofa, an indoor jetted tub and a master bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity sinks along with a second bedroom with either one king bed or two doubles (must verify availability), jetted tub, shower, toilet, double vanity sinks, and a pullout sofa (w/ single king bed). Outside of the room you are met with a lazy river, large pool with in-pool bar, various small heated pools, outdoor and indoor restaurants, private beachfront, daily activities and events, and much more!

Resort has a strict cancellation policy no refunds within 30 days.

1 week minimum reservation.
Guests: 6 adults, 2 kids (under 12)
Bed: 2 King (or 2 Doubles, & 3 Sofa Beds)
Bath: 2 Bath; 1 jacuzzi

1) Must contact us BEFORE paying for the week/ arranging any travel plans; availability changes rapidly. Bookings can be made 6 months in advance the month before your dates. Hurry! It sells out quickly!

2) Check-in may be limited to FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR MONDAY ONLY.

3) Not All-Inclusive! Meals and experiences are the responsibility of the renter. (Renters are more than welcome to take their own groceries.)

4) There is a Conservation Area Fee and Room Tax of approximately $8-10 per day that will be charged to client at departure. Client will also have to pay a deposit at arrival for any room charges.
