Renovated in the early 2000's and updated again in 2022, you will absolutely love the character of this almost 150 year old home but have all the amenities and luxuries of today-granite countertops, tiled showers, stunning original heart of pine floors, 12 foot ceilings, huge windows to let in amazing natural light.
Downstairs is living room with Smart TV, large sleeper sofa and jackknife sofa, dining room with Smart TV, another sleeper sofa, kitchen, laundry and the half bath.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and an ensuite bathroom with walk in closet and make up vanity. The secondary bedroom is a tribute to Mercer University and has another queen size bed, 2 closets and a smart TV.

House Rules:
-Absolutely no parties! A family member lives a few doors down and will notify us. If you are found to throw a party per Airbnb guidelines you will be shut down immediately and asked to leave with no refund.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. This is a residential area so please be respectful.
-Absolutely no smoking in the house. If guests do smoke in the house a $300 fee will be assessed for clean up to get smoke smell out.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors. This is a great community that is very quiet.
-Do not park in any of the neighbors designated spots.
