Kachina Village is a quiet residential neighborhood located 6 miles S of Downtown. It boasts a great park at the base of the development, including Full Court Basketball, Softball Field, Jungle Gym and Mini Climbing Wall along with several Ramadas and BBQ Grills. When you need some excitement, just head 6 miles north and you are in Downtown Flagstaff. Great restaurants outdoor activities abound year-round.

You will have full use of the entire cabin. You will be emailed a code for the front door.

You are welcome to use the Detached Garage & remote, but on rare instances (usually during a snowstorm) I may need to park my Tesla in the garage so I can plow this cabin as well as the others I manage in Flagstaff in the AM as I live in Phoenix. I will let you know via phone/text so you are aware ahead of time.

It's also just over 2 hours S of Page, which includes Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, an amazing day trip if there ever was one. Flagstaff is truly the "gateway to Northern Arizona" an this is your perfect home base to see everything this amazing place has to offer.

The two upstairs bedrooms are equipped with King size beds, fully Adjustable with Massage! There are even Electric Blankets in the winter for the Upstairs bedrooms. Even the two queen-size beds downstairs are very comfy. With the great beds and fresh air, you may have the best night's sleep in a long time...

Want a quiet night in? No problem, plenty of places to read a good book, play games with the family, or watch Unlimited NetFlix movies or Streaming TV on our 55' HDTV in the Great Room, or 42' HD Flatscreens in both upstairs bedrooms. High-Speed WiFi (400Mbps) if you need to take care of any business

Own an EV? There is Tesla Charger you are welcome to use! It works with any EV (except 4-7PM) and is FREE to use!

**PLEASE NOTE** - Strict 8 Guest Max (including kids) No events, Smoking or Pets Allowed. There is a single outdoor Security Camera overlooking the entrance so sorry, can't be sneaky :)
Due to Extreme Fire Risk, No fire pits are allowed at all.

Drive a TESLA or any EV? There is a Tesla Charger in the Garage for you to use! Yes, it works with any EV. Free charging except for 4-7PM (peak rates so no charging those hours) Your car will automatically turn off at 4 and back on at 7PM.
