Kachina Village is a quiet residential neighborhood located 6 miles S of Downtown. It boasts a great park at the base of the development, including Full Court Basketball, Softball Field, Jungle Gym and Mini Climbing Wall along with several Ramadas and BBQ Grills. When you need some excitement, just head 6 miles north and you are in Downtown Flagstaff. Great restaurants outdoor activities abound year-round.

You will have full use of the entire cabin. You will be emailed a code for the front door.

You are welcome to use the Detached Garage & remote, but on rare instances (usually during a snowstorm) I may need to park my Tesla in the garage so I can plow this cabin as well as the others I manage in Flagstaff in the AM as I live in Phoenix. I will let you know via phone/text so you are aware ahead of time.

Beautiful Cabin in the cool pines of Flagstaff. Just 6 miles from downtown Flagstaff which sits at 7000 feet and just 80 miles from the Grand Canyon and 20 miles north of Sedona. It's also just over 2 hours S of Page, which includes Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, an amazing day trip if there ever was one. Flagstaff is truly the "gateway to Northern Arizona" an this is your perfect home base to see everything this amazing place has to offer.

The two upstairs bedrooms are equipped with King size beds, fully Adjustable with Massage! There are even Electric Blankets in the winter for the Upstairs bedrooms. Even the two queen-size beds downstairs are very comfy. With the great beds and fresh air, you may have the best night's sleep in a long time...

Want a quiet night in? No problem, plenty of places to read a good book, play games with the family, or watch Unlimited NetFlix movies or Streaming TV on our 55' HDTV in the Great Room, or 42' HD Flatscreens in both upstairs bedrooms. High-Speed WiFi (400Mbps) if you need to take care of any business

Own an EV? There is Tesla Charger you are welcome to use! It works with any EV (except 4-7PM) and is FREE to use!

**PLEASE NOTE** - Strict 8 Guest Max (including kids) No events, Smoking or Pets Allowed. There is a single outdoor Security Camera overlooking the entrance so sorry, can't be sneaky :)

Nice cozy cabin in beautiful area.

Super clean, comfortable and overall a great location if you want to be in the woods, yet still fairly close to the city and a short distance drive to many outdoor adventures, hiking trails, offroading, etc.

Fantastic Flagstaff Getaway!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it's an amazing cabin. Quick drive to everything you want to do in Flagstaff or the perfect quiet getaway just relaxing on the back deck. Plenty of space for the entire family to sit in the living room comfortably or around the table for meals and games. The owner is extremely quick to respond to questions and helpful if you need recommendations on what to do and where to eat. You won't regret staying here! We can't wait to come again.

Homey Cabin

Great place. Great host

Place was great! Beautiful decks, everything was clean, comfortable and easy. Only small hitch was TVs were not easy to use, but we werenā€™t there to watch TV! Wi-Fi was great.

The Perfect Cabin!

The cabin is perfect! Great location close to everything love the mountain setting. Perfect size great updates. We took advantage of the xtreme adventure course, Pink Jeep tours in Sedona, Bearazona, and the great down town Flag. We canā€™t wait to book the cabin again. It was cold enough to even have a nice fire in the fireplace, injoyed sitting out on the deck with nice glass of Wine. Thanks Steve you have a great place.

Great Cabin!

Rented the cabin for 4 adults and 2 small kids and it was the perfect size. Nicely remodeled throughout. Kitchen had all the necessary items for us to stay in and cook a bunch winter comfort foods for our stay. Cabin was clean and had a very nice patio/balcony with nice forest views. We came up the day after they got about 4 inches of snow and it was the perfect setting for our winter vacation. The wood fireplace kept the down stairs nice and toasty. We had more than enough room to relax, visit and enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back.

Great weekend

When we arrived, we had an issue with the front door lock. Called Steve and he immediately answered. We couldn't solve the problem ourselves and he had a locksmith out to replace the door lock within hours! His contact and timely response was impressive.

The Ultimate Relaxation Cabin

Truly I cannot express how much I loved staying at the Flagstaff Rental Cabin. From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed with everything about it. From the fully renovated interiors, to the ultra soft beds, to the really peaceful surroundings, our 10-day trip was one for the record books. I have referred Steve's properties to several friends and I hope they will book with him. Consummate professional, pays close attention to details and assures everything during your stay will be perfect. We enjoyed hiking around the steep hills in the neighborhood, playing lots of tennis and golf at local country clubs, dining at the tremendous spots in Flagstaff, and mostly , just enjoying nature and taking some time for ourselves. I will rent again next summer--but for 2 weeks min. It helped me realize I can still work and function but I don't have to be in my office to do so. Thanks Steve for creating a spot that allowed me to relax.

Who stayed - Mother /Daughter weekend with my daughter and my friend and her two daughters and of course myself in July, 2 nights Things I loved: Beds were all REALLY comfortable TV's - not that we used it much but was nice to watch a movie Beautiful wooded area behind home and there was a walking trail not far from the house Great Decks - enjoyed coffee each morning and a drink each night. Close to downtown Flagstaff Plenty of blankets/pillows Why I wouldn't return: NO AC - this turned out to be an issue when a neighbor and a dog was really loud intermittently through the night and had to close the windows @12am and it's really stuffy with out the open windows or AC (yes, we did have the fans going). We were coming from Phoenix to escape the heat/stuffy feeling is what we were trying to escape. We were not leaving 3 teenage girls downstairs bedroom with the windows open and a drunk neighbor being loud - so all 5 of us ended up sleeping upstairs with windows closed. First night with the windows open upstairs was comfortable but the girls were stuffy in the downstairs bedroom. Things that were a slight inconvenience but not the determining factor to not return: No ice maker or filtered water (if this matters) - it does make it nice to have. Fridge froze some of our food so, I think it is on it's way out... We did have a nice spider friend that visited on the first night above the bed (2 other bugs were dead) this made for a funny story but with 3 teenage girls -it caused a little drama. Thank you for opening your home and the positives I have mentioned, it just wasn't a fit for myself.

Fabulous! Updated clean comfortable without being pretentious. Warm comfortable and cozy.

Everything in this cabin is so well thought through for guest comfort and needs it's wonderful. From the start it was wonderfully clean and prepared for our arrival down to leaving some lovely candles burning for us so the house smelled delicious when we came in. The massaging adjustable beds were so amazing after a day of touring the grand canyon it was heavenly, and to wake up in the morning and turn the massage feature on to get the blood flowing before getting up and going made me feel sooooooo spoiled! The house has everything you could desire and is very well updated and beautiful yet it does not feel pretentious instead it feels warm cozy and inviting. The only thing I wish I could change was having booked an extra day or two to stay and just lounge around this lovely cabin. We enjoyed the beautiful back porch the quiet neighborhood and the little forest friends so much that it made it difficult to get up and leave our coffee and fabulous accommodations to go out and do our scheduled activities. We all just wanted to stay and relax in this beautiful environment. There was more than enough room for our group and you felt like you were all there together without being squished on top of one another. Steve was also wonderful. If I sent a message with a question his response was so quick it was impressive. He was very approachable and kind and made sure to let us know he was available should we need him. When I let him know the batteries weren't functioning in a particular remote batteries appeared on our doorstep before we could even return from our afternoon. I think he sent them via squirrel it was so quick. The location of the cabin is close to town if you need to visit yet you feel like you're out of the hustle and bustle. The Dollar General store at the bottom of the hill has everything from clothes toiletries snacks and games to ice and wood. The location service accommodations and amenities can't be beat. This is definitely a do again soon place to visit!

Definitely recommend for a getaway to northern Arizona. Quiet reprieve from the city. About 15 minutes into Flagstaff for food and fun. Sitting out on the deck during the morning, day, and night was just what we were looking for. Hammock was nice, although we prefer the type with the spreader bar vs. this was more of a cozy, camping one. Lovely view of the woods from the balcony.

Perfect Home Away from home

This property was more than expected. It is exactly as it is depicted. There was a time we were making dinner and forgotten a staple ingredient and to our surprise, it was in the cupboard. The owner was responsive when we had questions. We loved the mini pool table. This is the perfect Home Away from home. Thanks for the great experience!

Fall in Flagstaff

Our fall escape to Flagstaff did not disappoint us. This property was perfect location. The home was spacious and comfortable. The dƩcor was great, I especially love the local framed photography displayed thru out the home. Although there were only two of us for the week this home would be amazing for family(s) to stay as it has plenty of beds and space to move around. The master bedroom was extremely spacious and that amazing master bedroom bed was beyond amazing. The only things I have a concern with is 1) the bathroom linens were very old and smelly when wet, there were only 2 hand towels that we could find for both bathrooms. 2) we love to cook but found that the kitchen lacked in serving/storage dishes, utensils, and the non stick cooking pots/pans were peeling and needed to be replaced. 3) there is a lack of proper lighting at the front porch, we used our phones flashlight from the driveway to the porch, it is extremely dark at night. Overall this home is ideal for couples or families that would like to explore beautiful Flagstaff and its surrounding areas.

Great Cabin tucked away in the woods.

The cabin was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Communication with Steve was great. Lots of space in the cabin with many amenities. Upstairs beds were very comfortable. The backyard porches were a plus! The cabin is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, only 10 minutes from downtown Flag. Thereā€™s a dollar general at the base of the neighborhood for any last minute needed items as well as a nearby play/park area for the kids. Overall, itā€™s a perfect location for day trips into Flagstaff and Williams (train to Grand Canyon) as well a nice retreat for a day of relaxing. We will surely be back again! :)

Best Cabin that we have ever rented !

The cabin was exactly as advertised. Condition and furnishings were in great shape and mostly "like new". It is a very spacious floor plan with plenty of comfortable seating. The beds were very comfortable (which is not the case in many rentals). I plan to return and rent this cabin in the future. I do not hesitate to recommend this rental to family and friends.
