My name is Angela Jones, I grew up and have lived in Salem for the majority of my life. It is my home and I am so excited to share it with visitors! I have twin boys Max and Sam, who I am currently using my vacation rentals income to help put them both through college! My boys are my world, and I am proud of both of them.
I am also an Arbonne Independent Consultant. Arbonne provides pure, safe and beneficial health and beauty products. Our products are made for those that don't want to use harsh chemicals and want true results in their health and their looks!

As I got closer to having to start paying for my boy's college, I decided to launch my vacation rental business with my Downtown Salem Loft. a 2400 sq ft "New York Style Loft" Apartment in the oldest historical building in downtown Salem. I quickly realized this was my nitch, I was great at hosting guests and providing beautiful, affordable lodging in our Capitol City and Greater Willamette Valley and so it began. My vacation rental company is SalemStays. Currently, I have 25 vacation rentals in Salem, and 12 in Lincoln City. I love the hospitality business and supplying guests with beautiful, comfortable, and usable spaces to stay in for a much more reasonable price than staying in a hotel.

POLICY FOR LODGING SERVICE ANIMALS, AND SERVICE ANIMALS IN TRAINING IN SHORT-TERM RENTALS
In order to preserve the health, safety, and well-being of all our lodging guests, now and in the future, we do not allow pets in our facilities. However, to better accommodate service animals and service animals in training we have created the following policy requirements to house a service dog, or service dog in training in our lodging units:
The service animal or service animal in training must be fully house broken-no exceptions.
The service animals must be under control exerted by harness, leash, or voice commands, service animals in training shall be under control exerted by the use of a harness, in all public areas of the building.
The service animal, or service animal in training, shall never be left in the lodging unit alone (without a supervising human in the unit).
We customarily charge service animals and service animals in training a damage/flea/extra cleaning fee of $400, which covers the cost of extra cleaning, professional flea spraying on departure, and/or damage caused by the animal. Up to half of this amount can be refunded if there is no extra cleaning or damage from the service animal or animal in training. Our policy is to professionally spray for fleas/ticks after any service animal, or service animal in training vacates our units.
Service animals and service animals in training are not allowed on the furniture or bedding. They must remain on the floor only.
Additionally, we require a written response to the following questions prior to check-in:
Is the animal required due to a disability, and
What is the nature of the work or task the animal is trained to do or perform or is being trained to do or perform?
What is the age of the service animal, or service animal in training?
Written response to the questions above indicates your agreement to follow this policy. If you fail to provide a written response, you will not be welcome to book. Thank you
