Hello, I'm new to short term rentals and hosting. I have a Modern contemporary style and my focus is to giving all my guess that warm home type vibe when staying in one of my units. I don't live on the property but i am a phone call or text away, I do have a handyman that is just around the corner and cleaning lady next door all ready to assist you in the event something is need right away.
I'm new to short term rental but i have been a landlord before in the traditional sense for many years. Hospitality also come natural to me as i'm always wanting to make people feel at home. As stated before I don't live on the property but i'm a phone call or text away, you can contact me 24/7.

It has a plush Queen size bed with the comfiest beddings, living room area has a cozy love seat wit ottoman to stretch your legs and enjoy the Sony 50” LED 4K Smart TV (so don’t forget to bring your logins for your favorite streaming services). For the chilly nights turn on the in-wall LED fireplace to set the ambience. Kitchen has a functional island with electric cook top as well as counter stools for seating. Coffee maker, microwave and Wash/Dryer are in this space as well. Bathroom has modern design with oversize rain fall shower head along with shower body spray, complimentary toiletries provided.
