The home is spacious and cozy at the same time. With over 2200 sqft the home feels large enough to accommodate a large family with a few furry friends. The home is a 3 bedroom & 3.5 bath townhome. Master bedroom and guest bedroom on third floor and one large guest bedroom on the first floor. Kitchen is on the second floor. We have two fold away twin beds in the master bedroom that can sleep another 2 adults in a room of your choice. With over 2200 sqft the spacious living room, kitchen and dining area is great for hosting family and friends on a long or short vacation. The home has a small patio on the side with two tables and chairs to enjoy and outdoor coffee or meal al fresco.

Quiet time: 10p-7a, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum because we want to be respectful to our neighbors. Thank you

We are pet friendly and have a $100 pet fee, per pet.

Elegant, quiet, safe, and wonderfully hosted home

The home is in very quiet and safe area that has quick access to attractions, food, medical facilities, and other activities. The home itself is clean and updated and has all of the items needed for a regular living experience just like home. The hosts are exceptionally responsive and gracious. The stay was truly enjoyable and appreciated. Our family enjoyed visiting the zoo. Aquarium and museum .

Fantastic Stay

Property was clean, spacious, and beautiful! Owners were extremely communicative and even took time to suggest restaurants that they recommend. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house is wonderful and clean. Perfect location and stocked with everything you could need. The hosts are fantastic. Definitely recommend and would come back!

This place is incredible. Great location, great accommodations, clean, functional, and welcoming. The hosts were exceptionally accomodating, letting us checkin a little early and answering question promptly. Highly recommend!

Great location

The house was great with everything you need. The property has numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance. Access to the Galleria is easy and the central location means that you can get most places in 15-20mins.

BEAUTIFUL HOME GREAT LOCATION

Great home. Super clean. Everything you need is there. Every place we needed to go was 10 minutes or less away. I highly recommend a stay at this house.

Review

The townhouse was wonderful and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend it. The only hiccup was the downstairs heater gave us trouble. I assume it was because it was the first day cold enough to need a heater.

This home was centrally located and had enough space to accommodate a family of 8 for the holiday. Clean and quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the highways, and the host/hostess responded quickly to my questions. I definitely will book again when in town for an extended period. Thank you!

Nice Place and Great Location

We rented this property for a family trip. Everything about this house was great. It is a beautifully appointed home and in a perfect location with easy access to the interstate and numerous restaurants and shops. Any questions or concerns I had, the property managers, Veronica & Rene, answered immediately. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful spacious place

Very comfortable! Gorgeous! Convenient! Comfortable! Spacious! I LOVE this place. I would rent it every time! Host were nice responded almost immediately every time and very helpful with ideas location of nearby places. Even the Wi-Fi was good. I had a hard time finding it but I think that was our fault. ha haa

Lovely and quiet.

This townhouse was clean and lovely. Our dog was reluctant to use the stairs. But luckily there is a ground floor bedroom and bath. Good location in the Heights.

Wonderful Home in a Wonderful Neighborhood

The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was CLEAN and in a very mice neighborhood. The hosts were awesome and even gave tips on the best restaurants and places to shop. At night, it was nice and quiet and we felt very safe. My family all agreed that when we come back to Houston, this will be our place....if available!! Thank you for making our trip so comfortable!

Merry Christmas Houston!

The location is great! The home was comfortably furnished, and had everything we needed; note there are lots of stairs so you'll get your 'steps' in with no problem! Restaurants, bars, and shopping are within walking distance, grocery store is just up the street. The Heights is a trendy area with lots of cute boutiques and outdoor bars. Would recommend!

Just as promised

We enjoyed our stay at this upscale property. Our family was visiting family in the area. The location was very convenient to everything in the area, shopping, major roads and highways. As promised it was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Rooms were spacious and kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was easy. For sure it’s not a party house but if you want a low key relaxing weekend with no worries, you should definitely stay here.

Mother’s Day weekend in Houston

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family of six. My husband & I took the bedroom on the first floor (since we are older). My son, his wife & two kids took the two bedrooms on the third floor. I loved having the living room, kitchen & dining area on the second floor. We were able to fit a car & a pickup easily in the double garage. Veronica & Rene were great hosts & communicated very well with our questions. Both the keypads to the garage & front door were easy to use for the condo entry. We love this area of Houston & this condo is accessible to many restaurants, bars, shopping areas & parks. Juquita & Duane

Owners were very good with communicating. It is located in a nice, very quiet and safe area. Property is modern and clean. Appliances nice and main beds comfortable. Great king in Master. Nice showers and tub. A few reasons for average rating were lack of towels in lower bath and not enough or any extra blankets to accommodate more than 6 guests. Extra beds were cheap cots. Quite a few items needed repairs. Light fixture held by bungee cord. Plantation shutter was broke. A Neighbor parked their car outside their garage so made it hard to enter and exit garage. For the price acceptable but sorry…wouldn’t recommend for over 6 guests.

Great Place

We stayed here for 7 weeks. It’s very nice, clean, AC works well, beds are comfortable and in a great location with lots of restaurants close by. The hosts were very responsive and very nice to work with. Highly recommend!
