Central to everything Salt Lake, perfect for groups or multi-family! Spa retreat - enjoy the 12 person sauna, large hot tub, two person hammock or exercise in the home gym. Huge patios, outdoor and indoor fireplaces. Newly renovated basement with ping pong table, pool table, TV, foosball, air hockey, poker table, and Pickleball net. Kitchen is stocked for 20.

A retreat, with many secluded spots inside and out to sit and take in the beautiful surroundings. Mountain views by the fireplace, grounds by a master gardener in the heart of Salt Lake. One exit away from ski area exits, shops and restaurants abound!

Newly renovated and space for everyone 5,500 sq feet. Remodeled and ready for a crowd! Plenty of different sitting areas/living rooms for your group to spread out- three living rooms, two sitting rooms, dining room, zen loft, and full game zone basement.

Outdoors is nothing short of enchanting, many seating areas in total seclusion- huge patio and seating around outdoor fireplace! Two outdoor tables and large grill, 12 person sauna, two person hammock, large hot tub and 1/3 of an acre to explore! Enjoy the large trees and tree swing.

Dining area is open to kitchen with a nice seating area in between where guest can lounge and be together comfortably. Basement is a great place to send all the kids to- filled with entertainment, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Foosball, ping pong table, card table, tv, large sectional and seating area and pool. Get your game on with Pickleball in the driveway or take the portable net to the park right down the street. Chalk and measuring tape for the lines.

Home is situated on a double lot with the mature landscaping, so it feels like you’re in a tree house. Hot tub is nestled amongst mature landscape and grounds have lots of private areas to enjoy. Huge patio make the most of the summer- two person hammock under an apple tree.

Main floor consists of: two bedrooms, a full bathroom, dining, kitchen, sitting, living room and entry. Right off the living room is the first outdoor eating area. Kitchen area is open to above. Second floor are three bedrooms (two have attached bathrooms), a TV room, and laundry room. Loft with swivel chairs, bench and lots of pillows to lounge is accessed from the second floor. Primary suite is quite large and has another TV area with sitting room, gas fireplace, (two twin rollaway beds are stored here but can be moved to any room) large bathroom and balcony. New central air conditioning.
Basement has a huge game room, bathroom and two bedrooms, another twin rollaway bed that can be moved is also available on this floor.

Wonderful, well-appointed, spacious home! We had a blast celebrating Christmas as a family here. The basement was perfect for teens. Jamie was an amazing host. Super communicative and flexible.

Clean, spacious modern house in a great location!

This place was the perfect spot for our ski trip to the Cottonwoods. Located near tons of retail for everything you need, the house was large, clean and just as described. Would definitely recommend d!

Utah Family Gathering

We had a great vacation and enjoyed this property very much. The yard was so beautiful!The gym, sauna and hot tub were why we selected this home, and all worked well. Game room also great fun for all ages but watch your head. Fabulous master! Would definitely stay here again.

Great option for families

We really enjoyed our stay SLC. A few highlights were the master suite, sauna, hot tub, and proximity to Snowbird&more. Great amenities throughout the house.

Guys Ski Trip

House location was great for choosing ski resort each day - Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, and Alta. Close to restaurants and groceries. Lots of space in the house to spread out. Owner communicates very quickly.

Great house

We had 3 families stay at this house with plenty of room for everyone. The basement was nice for the older kids to go play. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner was so easy to work with and responded quickly!

Fabulous Stay

Whole place was great, especially the back yard which I didn't know if we'd use (we did a LOT). Highly recommend as long as your group understands 2/4 of bathrooms are en suite. Worked for us as expectations were set from the get go. Everything was cute, tasteful, and clean. Location hard to beat. Jamie was also super accommodating and friendly from start to finish. 5 stars!

Perfect for multi-generational family

Our multi-gen family of 11 stayed for 3 nights to attend graduation at the U. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms as well, as nice background made it perfect.The basement is accessed from outside or off kitchen. But, the kitchen access is precarious, at best. Not good for elderly or young.Kitchen and counter space limited for a home accommodating so many but it worked.The home is not perfect, downstairs bathroom door not closing, light switch outside of bathroom, some dings and dents, paint bit rough. But, we were very comfortable. Stocked wirh all we needed and hot tub clean.Would stay again!

Family Stay for Graduation

My family stayed at this property to attend a college graduation at UVU. The house was very clean and property is well maintained! Our family enjoyed the variety of spaces available to play games both inside and out. We did have some trouble at initial check-in with the door lock but the property manager was prompt at responding and helped us resolve the issue, which was very much appreciated!

Large 5 bedroom family home

There are 7 beds that are so comfortable. The open 2 story kitchen allows connections easily with the upstairs. There are games to play for teens in the basement and a hot tub in the backyard. What more could you ask for.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We are giving a 5-star review because, while the home is not perfect, there were so many positives about it. The host was very attentive and easy to work with, the size and configuration worked beautifully for our annual family ski weekend. It was very clean. The kitchen was well provisioned. We appreciated having spices, coffee and a few other things. Bathrooms had toiletries, linens were comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and hot tub. Also the location was centrally located and convenient to a number of ski resorts. We would definitely rent the property again.

Beautiful Location and She Thought of Every Detail!

What a quaint, beautiful location and homey cottage to stay in. We LOVED the space. Jamie thought of every detail to make it the most comfortable and pleasing for her guests. The layout of the home allows for several families to stay and split the cost. Plenty of bathrooms, spaces to relax, for both kids and adults and the backyard!! A sanctuary! Loved the hot tub and I imagine the gardens are gorgeous in the summer. We will definitely return. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay

Overall we loved the place and it was very clean. The only two things I would note is Bedroom two says you have a king bed, 1 double sofa and 2 twins, and it didn't have what was listed. It didn't bother us as there was still plenty of beds for our family but if someone is looking for the exact listing it isn't correct. The only other comment I would say is some of the stuff is a little out dated. But I will still give it a 5 because it was clean and met our needs. Owner was very accommodating and aloud us in early which was much appreciated. I recommend this place for family and friends.

Great house for large group

We were a group of 10 friends and this house worked out great for us. Very good common areas around kitchen and sitting areas to gather. 2-car garage was convenient for parking and staging and storing all our ski gear in the evenings. There are 3 bathrooms in the main house and two of those are en-suite, so it was a little tricky for the people in the other 3 bedrooms to manage the bathroom, but it worked out fine. 4th bathroom was attached to game room in basement, accessed from the backyard. Jamie was very responsive and accommodating--let us check out late so we could pack up after skiing, which was very generous and appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

lovely home

Host is extremely quick to respond. Had a problem with the front door lock upon arrival, but it was resolved quickly. The back yard is amazing, with lots of seating and a good-sized lawn. Plenty of parking, including the garage, driveway, and very wide street shoulder. Easy access to Van Winkel Expressway and I-215, and a very nice Harmons grocery store nearby. Three full bathrooms: two en suite upstairs and one downstairs. Well-furnished kitchen. Owner has made many updates to an older property. Note that the game tables shown in pictures are only accessed by exiting the home and entering through the basement exterior door, which might be an issue in bad weather. Overall, a nice home for family and friends to gather and enjoy.

Great Stay in Salt Lake

We came to Salt Lake for a family wedding. We were pleased to find a suitable house that we could all fit in. Jamie is a fantastic person to work with. Every question I had was quickly answered with great clarity. It was one of the best VRBO stays I've had. The house is a terrific place to stay, and it's located within easy distance to the airport (20 min), downtown, local grocery, restaurants, and the mountains. The backyard with everything plus lots of room to wander is fabulous. We made good use of the hot tub especially. We loved the open kitchen; it was easy for everyone to gather there in the morning and evening. We made many pots of coffee, and the Keurig was useful for individual cups. The kitchen is well-equipped. We also appreciated the TP, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Everyone slept comfortably, even the family member who slept in the loft on one of the twin mattresses from the cots. Because of the bathroom layout (the two on the 2nd floor are ensuite with the large bedrooms), we had members of the same nuclear families share those bathrooms, while the other family members used the ones on the first floor and the basement. It worked out fine. One caveat: basement access. It is easily reached from the backyard stairwell. The inside stairwell, however, is a bit tight and steep. The ones who stayed in the basement mostly used the outdoor stairs to go up and down. All in all, we highly recommend this house. We would definitely rent it again.

This home is located in the heart of Salt Lake. Five minutes from everything! This home is situated on a double lot and you feel completely secluded. New renovations to the first and second story. Basement is the fun zone with kitchenette, bathroom and is a great place to go to have fun.

The view from the master bedroom of the mountains is nothing short of spectacular. The home has many little nooks and places that make it perfect for multiple families to enjoy. Professionally decorated with high end pieces that make you feel immediately at home and comfortable.
