3 Island style guesthouse rooms with private bathroom and shared kitchen and laundry located on the ground floor. This bedroom is located on the lower level of the guesthouse.

These rooms are located on Oak Ridge Cay, which is a separate little island only be accessible by boat, we provide a boat with its driver to get you to and from. We are located next door to Reef House Resort on Oak Ridge Cay.

There's a beautiful beach walking distance from our rooms, and lots of fun activities to do while you're here. There's also a restaurant and dive shop next door.

Come stay at Ocean Breeze Villa, a boutique guesthouse located on Oak Ridge Caye. Guests love the privacy of the property and the rustic modern feel of the bungalows. Guests enjoy the location with access to the local beach and amenities of The Reef House Resort where you can enjoy a freshwater pool and some of the best snorkeling on the island off their dock. The incredible lush foliage that contrasts the clear blue seas. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups up to 16 people. Each guest room has its own private entrance and private bath. Each rooms has 2 queen beds.

We are located on the Southeast side of Roatan where the trade winds keep it cool and comfortable. The only noise you'll hear is the sound of the ocean.

The guesthouse can only be accessed by boat from Oak Ridge, where there is parking/ taxi/ bus. Oak Ridge is an English-speaking shrimping and fishing Village with quint houses built around a large Harbor on several keys. We are next door to the Reef House Resort, 30 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from shopping in French Harbor.
